Underrated university for management courses.
Placements:
In my senior batch, around 92 percent of the students got placed. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA, while the average package stood at 8.7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for my course are Tech Mahindra, Crecendo, Infosys, etc. Almost all the students were able to secure internships in various companies like Ultratech, KPMG, ONGC, Aditya Birla, and many more. The roles depend on the domains, finance students get different roles, marketing students get different ones, and so on.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is excellent. The classrooms are well-equipped with ACs, Wi-Fi, smartboards, projectors, etc. Whereas the hostels are also well maintained. They provide various services to hostellers like laundry, Wi-Fi, hot water, induction, fridge, security, etc. The mess food is decent and offers a variety of food, the menu can be modified on students' demand. Talking about sports, they have various clubs for sports-related activities and they also coach and mentor students for the same.
Faculty: The teachers or faculty members here are really supportive. They are well qualified and knowledgeable, and their way of teaching is also nice and interactive. The curriculum is very much relevant to today's industry standards, and it prepares students from the very beginning. The exams here are held quarterly, and internals are held weekly. They are not very difficult to pass, but you need to be genuine with your answers since they are evaluated by AI.
Other: The main reason for choosing this college was the ROI, the fees for my course are around 9 lacs and the placements that are being offered here are pretty decent. The only thing that I wish would improve is the frequency with which they take exams, as it becomes a bit difficult to manage sometimes. They have a lot of club events and activities, and they do have scholarships as well.

DBS Global University is absolutely worth it for BBA.
Placements: In the previous year, 100% of students got placed. This year, 93% of BBA students have been placed so far. The highest package is 40 LPA, the top 20% average package is 13.5 LPA, and the overall average package is 8.7 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Deloitte, ICICI, KPMG, and many more.
Infrastructure: For our course and department (Doon Business School), there are many facilities, such as SAS/SAP Labs, Mac Labs, and many more. There are two libraries, modern classrooms, and facilities for all kinds of sports. Tournaments like the Doon Premier League are also conducted. Students from colleges across Dehradun and other areas compete with each other.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They are kind and have a lot of industry and corporate experience. Teachers from IIMs, IITs, and professionals like CAs and CSs also teach here. The curriculum offers dual specializations in all courses, allowing us to choose two specializations instead of one. It definitely makes students industry-ready. If you attend 75% of the classes, passing the semester exams is not difficult.
Other: I chose BBA because I want to work in the management field only. The best thing about my course is that we actually learn practical skills. Unlike other colleges, when I talk to my friends, they do not know much about social media because they only study for exams and CGPA. But that is not worth it if you do not know how to do marketing in real life. At DBS Global University, students have many opportunities to learn real-life marketing. They even conduct marketing contests that last for more than 1.5 months. Events, fests, and campus life are basic facilities that are provided by the university.

Scenery is amazing, even though the campus is surrounded by industries.
Placements: I heard that they brought some great companies last year, but mostly finance major students are placed in sales jobs. Most of them are placed now, lets see what type of companies they are going to bring this year. My batch has approximately 650 students plus the winter batch, so dont really know what going to happen.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university and hostel is good, they are building new hostels too. Labs are amazing, there is no lack of devices in the lab, almost everything is available, every class has AC in it, and also the projectors. The quality of food is going to be nice, but slowly, some meals are going to be the worst, not all, but some definitely.
Faculty: Some teachers were really helpful, and some are like we are not gonna spoon feed you things. You have to do most of the things yourself. Some are teaching us really great, like they care about their students, and some are like they were just there to do their job without caring if students understand or not. Many teachers have left the campus, some are great, and some we hope we never meet again.
Other: They had great Wednesday activities in our first year, also the fest is amazing, but they are like any other Indian people, never punctual, be it any function, or extracurricular activities.

Underrated college of management but it's one of the top colleges.
Placements: All eligible students have been placed till now through campus drives. The highest package is 40 LPA, the top 20 percent of students are offered 13.5 LPA, and the average is 8.7 LPA. Recruiting companies are ICICI Bank, TCS, Deloitte, Infosys, and many more. Around 90 percent of students secured internships through the college CDC.
Infrastructure: Facilities of the mess are available. The hostel is beyond your expectations as I can share my experience. I saw my hostel and I was like I had never imagined the hostel would look like this and also have all the sports facilities. All medical facilities that will be needed by students at that time will be provided. Also campus infrastructure has all the facilities for the students to explore anything they want.
Faculty: Teachers are really qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable too. They have lots of experience in corporates, industry, and also CA and CS are teaching us. The course curriculum is really relevant as we have specialisations throughout the semester instead of having them only in the last year only.

Good university for study and an environment surrounded by mountains. It is best for MBA and B.Tech.
Placements: Firstly, I am in 1st year, and the 2nd-semester exams are going on. After completing them, I will enter the 2nd year, and the college provides a roadmap for the future and internship programmes. The ROI is 90%, and MBA is also a course in the university, along with other UG courses.
Infrastructure: Labs are awesome, with full Wi-Fi in classrooms and labs. AC in both labs and classrooms. Lab assistants help when students face difficulties. There are 4 labs, including AI/ML and SAD labs. There is a separate library for undergraduate and postgraduate students, and 3 canteens on the campus.
Faculty: Faculty is awesome and cooperates with students, explaining concepts in depth. They give activities for a better understanding of concepts with practical applications. There are 2 exams in one semester: mid-semester and end-of-semester. The questions are tricky and thought-provoking.
Other: There is an annual fest every year, along with Dandiya nights and other events. Scholarships are available based on merit.

My experience as a student.
Placements: We are the 1st batch of B.Tech, so the placement records are not available yet. The university has been conducting several industry training programs with HCLTech and has started with AWS recently. The students from different courses have decent placements.
Infrastructure: We have well-equipped labs, with Wi-Fi access across the campus and a library for academic resources. Hostel facilities are decent, with proper hygienic and healthy food. Basic medical support is available across campus, and we have good sports amenities.
Faculty: The teachers are supportive, qualified, and well-trained in explaining the concepts. The curriculum designed has been great and relevant with practical learning. Semester exams are somewhat difficult, and most students perform well throughout the academic year.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the growing technologies. The practical learning and industry exposure are its strengths. Sometimes, the schedule could be hectic, which should be worked on. The campus hosts several cultural and technical events throughout the year, and has great surroundings and atmosphere.
