The DDU Gorakhpur University provides accommodation facilities to both male and female candidates enrolled in the academic programmes. Moreover, a total of eight hostels for boys and girls. The names of the boys hostel include Sant Kabir Hostel, Gautam Buddha Hostel, Swami Vivekananda Hostel, Nath Chandrawat Hostel, and Late R. P. Shukla Hostel. Further, the names of the girls hostel include Maharani Laxmibai Hostel and Alaknanda Hostel. Other hostel include International Hostel.

No, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University (DDU Gorakhpur) does not accept CUET in its admission process. Rather, the university carries out its own entrance examination- the DDU Entrance Test- within both the undergraduate and the postgraduate courses. The applicants that are supposed to be admitted should apply to take this exam via the official portal of the university and take the test following the set date. No, JEE scores are not accepted by DDU Gorakhpur University (DDU GKP) for admission to its B.Tech programs.

DDU GKP requires consideration of the UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) score for admissions to the B.Tech program.The scores from JEE Main or JEE Advanced are not recognized. Students must show up for UPSEE.Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) administers UPSEE for admission to all of its affiliated engineering colleges.
The engineering departments at DDU GKP, including Mechanical, ECE, and CSE, are affiliated with AKTU.Counselling is done based on preferences and UPSEE scores. Seats are distributed to students based on their UPSEE rankings, category, grades, etc.
DDU GKP accepts qualified candidates' valid GATE scores for admission to the M.Tech program. JEE results are not taken into account.
