I don't know really about placement as I am in the first year only, Although one can do B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in a single campus.

Satisfied with staff members.
Placements: About 15% of students are placed in this course. Student who got highest package in my course is 16 LPA, lowest package is 5 LPA, and average package is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies are financial institutions, consulting firms, tech companies, and research organizations. Almost 55% of students got internships at these companies. Roles offered are tax, interest rates, wealth, and inflation.
Infrastructure: Area of college is very large and this area is well organised. Infrastructure is developed and covered with Wi-Fi lanes. Classrooms are covered with smart screens. Library is also covered with Wi-Fi. Hostel provides a gym, library, and a good food facility. Campus also provides medical facilities and organizes sports meets.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Campus provides good teaching facilities. College curriculum conducts sessional and semester exams. Curriculum makes the students ready for industry work. Semester exams are not very difficult, and passing criteria are to score 40% in each subject.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to develop my coding skills. Best thing about this course is that it encourages you to explore the unexplored things. Campus organises fests and extracurricular activities. Campus also provides a scholarship based on students' marks.

M.A. in Sociology - Batch of 2021

Overall, it is the best university for an M.A. in Sociology course.
Placements: About 89% of students got placed in our college. The highest package was 15 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average package was almost 9 LPA. Top recruiters were Monk Prayogshala, Satyarthi, Anantics, etc. Almost 76% of students in my course got internships. Social researchers, sociologists, etc., were the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: New groups began before the previous ones finished their coursework. Leaving the new group without a classroom for approximately six months. Requiring them to stay in the library or the anatomy hall classroom. Laboratories possessed all the necessary tools and resources. You could contribute library books for as long as you wished. The interactive board wasn't functioning. The hostel was well-equipped.
Faculty: Our educators were professional and knowledgeable. The UPSC Committee picked them. Our instructors were well-trained and encouraging. The tests were completed just as expected. The number of tests conducted each month was average. They might have been easily overlooked while searching. The success rate was 67%.

I am not satisfied with the course faculty.
Placements: A minimum of 100 students are involved in my course. The lowest salary is Rs. 5,000. The highest is 35,000 - Rs. 38,000. I don't know about their internship. They don't provide internships and they don't have companies involved in the course. They don't offer roles for the course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are not well managed. Wi-Fi does not work well. The hostel is not available for students who come from Delhi. The canteen is not good, there are very poor facilities, they don't have good staff for the canteen. They don't have good staff for office and campus management.
Faculty: Few teachers are good, and few do not teach well. Semester exams are very difficult. Most of the teachers do not teach well. I mean they are not good at their job. They create so much confusion in the study and don't provide perfect study material.

Decent placement assistance with training and internship opportunities for all branches.
Placements: Students become eligible for placements from their 3rd year. Companies like Accenture and Cognizant had visited. The average salary was 6 LPA - 7 LPA. The highest package of this year was 44 LPA. 80% of students got placements in product-based companies, like Flipkart and Amazon.
Infrastructure: There were groups of classes of all the subjects in which all the notifications were given. There was a library in the university which had all the subjects and any other books apart from that. The campus was very big. There was room for games too. Campus and campus life were very good and happy.
Faculty: Most professors were approachable and cleared our doubts. They also encouraged students in a well manner. Some faculty members were exceptional in their teaching style and mentorship. I personally liked our teacher in 3rd semester, MR. Akash Jain sir, who taught so well. I liked all the guidance he gave to us. All the teachers were good. They clear our doubts before the end-semester exams by taking extra online classes. There were two CTs per semester and one end-semester examination which was the final examination taking place every semester.

We have a partition museum in our college that helps us to understand the history.
Placements: Placements of the college had a good record. There was placement percentage of above 95%. Also, placement training was often given to the students. It helped students to keep themselves updated and adapt to the kind of interviews from the placement-perspective. The average placement package was 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: There were no sports in AUD. There were also online and offline libraries in AUD which helped us a lot in our dissertation period.
Faculty: Faculty members were approachable, friendly, and ready to help all students in their respective fields about curriculum and career. Exams were conducted and made it difficult for students to involve themselves in other extra-curricular activities that might highly benefit their careers. Exams were easy to clear. The course curriculum was mostly relevant despite which some courses, especially labs were not in the current scenario.
Other: University at City Fest, Canadian Food Fest, and many workshops happen in AUD, dissertation, theatre, dance, music, design, art, writing, and many more.

M.A. in English - Batch of 2026

Very expensive for a government college and satisfactory infrastructure.
Placements: The placement rate of the college is not very good. I have been hurt by the seniors that basically we are on our own. A few internships can be provided by the college during the tenure. Otherwise, there are no placements for subjects like M.A. English. The course is designed for students to understand the application of the English language in history economics, political science, human psychology, and human condition.
Infrastructure: College in terms of infrastructure is not at all viable. There is a lack of clean washrooms, pathetic maintenance of buildings, sufficient library, and absence of Wi-Fi are some of the many problems you will have to face here. The canteen is also very expensive. The college shares its only ground with another college IGDTU.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive and well-versed with their subjects. They are interactive and highly knowledgeable in my opinion. The curriculum provided by the college is also very vast, and students are free to choose their courses from other programs as well. The academics are focused upon, so semester exams are also a bit difficult to pass. If one is a dedicated student, it will not be difficult.
Other: I chose this course to get my master's degree in any of the subjects I can apply for PGT teaching in the future. The faculty and the curriculum of the college are up to the mark. They serve the purpose of joining the college. I do not recommend this college for a bachelor's because college life is not as enjoyable as it can be in this college.
