Ambedkar Open University Admission FAQs
The open university offers a six-month-long certificate course in Childcare and Development (CCCD). Candidates who passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination and a two-year recognised ITI course after Class 10 and cleared NCVT or GCVT can apply. In order to get a pass certificate in CCCD, a student must secure at least 36% aggregate in each subject.
There are a total of 15 core subjects inclulded in the BAOU MBA course curriculum. Apart from this, it has specialisation specific subjects as well. In the first two semesters, candidates have to study core subjects only. Mentioned below are some of the core courses:

BAOU offers Certificate courses across 27 specialisations. These courses are taught through two departments, i.e., the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and the School of Computer Science at the university. Some of the certificate courses offered are in Naturopathy, Indian Poetics, Theatre Arts, Food and Nutrition, Anganwadi Karyakrta, Childcare and Development, etc.
The admission process for the UG course commences with the release of the application form. Candidates who submit the application within the due date become eligible for admission. As per the official website, the admissions are currently open for BROU.
