Infrastructure is good and education is value for money.

Placements: Around half to two third of students get placed via campus recruitment. Packages typically average in the 3.5 to 5 LPA range, with top offers reaching 8 to 9.5 LPA. Lower end placements are around 1.5 to 2 LPA. Internship rates may vary, Many suggest 20 to 90% participation, often in well-known firms. Top recruiters include Infosys, TCS, IBM, Reliance, Teach Mahindra, HDFC, ICICI, among others. Job roles span managerial, analyst, banking, and customer/executive profiles.

Infrastructure: Campus is Wi- Fi enabled with PC, laptop, mobile access, plus a central Computer Centre and well equipped computer labs in academic departments. Smart or multimedia ready classrooms in several departments, with e-boards and internet connectivity. There are 6+ boys hostels (Tagore, Vivekanand, Raman, Bhabha, Aryabhatt, etc. ), and 3 to 4 girls hostels (including Nivedita I & II; Laxmibai PG). Built over a 1,300+ acre campus. Rooms furnished with a cot, almirah, table, and self; PG hostels may have single occupancy with balconies. Common rooms include a reading area, TV, newspapers, and basic sports gear.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified (mostly PhDs), with some variability in actual teaching quality. Teachers are generally supportive, some monotony is reported. Ph.D. scholars teaching early years Curriculum Relevance, Modern, and industry Oriented. Students find it fairly aligned with sector demands. Exams are moderately difficult, passable with regular study. Internal and sem structure pass rate is officially high (~99%). Anecdotal reports of stricter practices for low scores.

Other: I chose this course because it offers low-cost, accredited education in a peaceful hilltop setting, with dedicated faculty and opportunities to grow academically and socially. The best things are great infrastructure, supportive culture, scholarship support, and calm green campus life. There is room to improve in placement support, administrative efficiency, and more vibrant fest and connectivity options.

Good faculty, positive atmosphere, and the library is also good.

Placements: There are no placement for B.Sc., but after M.Sc., the statistics field is the best. There are many job opportunities in statistics after an M.Sc., and also going into the teaching field after an M.Sc. in mathematics and Physics. B.Sc. is a normal degree. We can go into any field, like we can also go into the teaching field, and after B.Sc., we can also prepare for a competitive exam.

Infrastructure: The hostels here are very good, the food in the hostel is also good, the classes are also held on time, and the faculty is also good. Wi-Fi is always available in college. The classrooms here are very good and clean. The Physics lab is also good, and Physics practicals are also conducted.

Faculty: The faculty here is good, the classes are also held on time, and the level of the paper is sometimes easy and sometimes difficult. To pass, 40 marks out of 100 are required in that subject. In the University, there are two mid exams of 20 marks each and a final exam paper of 60 marks.

Other: I am from batch 2024, and passing out will be in 2027.
