Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University is a government institute. It was established in 1975 by the government of Uttar Pradesh and is located in Faizabad, Ayodhya district, Uttar Pradesh, India. The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a ‘B’ Grade.

Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh Univesity (RMLAU) eligibility for UG and PG courses is Class 12 and graduation, respectively. Below is the eligibility criteria for top courses:

National Testing Agency will commence CUET 2026 registration in first week of March. Soon after the release of the CUET notification candidates candidates can check the important dates pertaining to CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration will be notiifed aling with the last date for payment of fee. 

Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process will be in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

There are over 1 lakh seats for BSc programmes at RMLAU campus and its afffiliated colleges. At the main campus, there are 360 seats for the UG course. Moreover, the seat allotment process is done on merit-basis and CUET score is also accepted for selection. After application shortlisting, seats are allotted to the students through a counselling process. Following this, candidates must pay admission fee amount to confirm their seat.

The RMLAU has recently published its 2023 cutoff ranks for B.Pharm and B.Tech programs, which are determined based on UPCET and JEE Main scores. For the B.Tech program, the anticipated cutoff rank for UPCET in 2023 at RMLAU is 238,260.

These cutoffs play a major role in governing admissions to a variety of undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs offered by the university. The RMLAU cutoffs are determined by assessing candidates' scores in exams such as JEE Main, UPCET, and UP NEET. It is imperative for students to meet these predefined cutoffs to progress to subsequent rounds of the admission process.

Furthermore, candidates belonging to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) should keep a close watch on the NEET EWS Cutoff for 2023, which coincides with the release of results by the NTA. Once the registration window becomes accessible, eligible candidates can initiate the counseling registration process.
