Eflu, a rather nerdy campus !

Placements: Placement rate in B.A. foreign languages stays low, roughly 10?20 percent because most students pursue higher studies instead of jobs. Packages stay modest: the highest around 6?7 LPA, the lowest near 2?3 LPA, average about 3?4 LPA. Recruiters include translation agencies, language service provides, EdTech firms, and a few consulates? Support offices. Internships touch 20?30 percent, usually with NGOs, publishing houses, cultural centres, or teaching-assistant roles. Roles involve translation, interpretation support, content moderation, training, and language tutoring.

Infrastructure: Academic blocks have functional classrooms, projectors, steady Wi-Fi, and department-specific language labs. Very basic but better than JNU infra I would say. Library stock is strong for linguistics, literature, and comparatively studies, with good reading space. Hostels remain basic: rooms adequate but not luxurious, washrooms average, maintenance slow at times. Mess food sits at a standard government-hostel level. Canteen options limited. Medical room offers basic first aid, but doctors aren't there most of the time. Sports area is very small but usable for routine games.

Faculty: Faculty qualifications remain high, most of my professors hold MPhil/PhD with solid research backgrounds. Teaching quality stays theory-heavy but academically sound. Curriculum remains relevant for language master, linguistics, translation basics, and cultural studies. Exams stay moderate in difficult, testing writing, comprehension, and grammar depth. Pass rates generally high if coursework is followed. So yes it's good, really good.

Other: I chose it because I like german culture. MORE FESTS AND CELEBRATIONS WOULD BE SOMETHING I'D LIME TO SEE IN FUTURE. Yes as I said fests don't happen here that often.
