No, you can not join Era University for a medical course without appearing for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) examination. NEET is a mandatory requirement for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in India. Era University, being a private university, also follows the NEET admission process for its medical courses.

ERA University NEET UG cutoff 2025 was published for admission to the MBBS course for various categories under the Home State quota. 

For the General HS category students, the overall cutoff varied between 333303 in the first round and 617922 in the last round. Please note that the cutoff for other categories, quotas, rounds, etc, will vary accordingly.
