Yes, Era University has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls within the campus. The rooms are well-equipped and offered on a twin-sharing basis. The hostel rooms are spacious and airy. The hostel rooms have study tables, wardrobes, and comfortable beds.

The university has recently opened a new girls hostel. The hostel rooms are spacious with an attached washroom. All the rooms have independent electric meters which will give the students a choice of using air conditioners.

Era University accepts the NEET cutoff ranks for admission to the  Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), followed by UP NEET UG counselling process. 

The last round cutoff rank was 617922 for the General HS category students. Therefore, students who belong to this category, and have this rank or below can avail admission.
