CUET Subject Mapping for B.Sc.
CUET Subject Mapping 2026 for B.Sc. has been released by the National Testing Agency at cuet.nta.nic.in. Students planning to take admission to B.Sc. or B.Sc. (Hons) in the specialization of their choice can now check the subjects they need to select while submitting the CUET UG 2026 application form. The NTA Universities page includes CUET 2026 subject combinations for all offered courses by more than 200 participating universities.
National Testing Agency (NTA) started CUET 2026 registration for UG admissions on January 03, 2026. CUET 2026 will be conducted from May 11 to May 31 in CBT mode. Candidates seeking admission to B.Sc. courses must select their CUET subjects based on their target university's specific eligibility criteria before the deadline. CUET UG Subjects 2026
NTA offers 37 CUET 2026 Subjects, among which candidates can select up to five subjects based on the course they want to pursue at their target CUET participating university. According to NTA, candidates can select any subject, irrespective of the subjects they studied in class 12th, provided they meet the admission requirements of the targeted university.

Domain Subjects: Accountancy/Book Keeping, Agriculture, Anthropology, Biology/Biological Studies/Biotechnology/Biochemistry, Business Studies, Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Computer Science/Informatics Practices, Economics/Business Economics, Fine Arts/Visual Arts(Sculpture/Painting)/ Commercial Art, Geography/ Geology, History, Home Science, Knowledge Tradition Practices in India, Mass Media/Mass Communication, Mathematics / Applied Mathematics, Performing Arts, Physical Education/National Cadet Corps(NCC)/ Yoga, Physics, Political Science, Psychology, Sanskrit, and Sociology.

Go on the official website of university/organaisation. Check the courses offered and eligibility test that they should appear in for admission to desired course. The choice of language/domain subject and General test will depend upon the course and university. Candidates will be able to opt for one or more tests as per the requirement of the course and university from the following sections:
- Section I - 13 Languages
- Section II - 23 Domain Specific Subjects
- Section III - General Test
From CUET UG 2026 onwards, candidates can now choose for five CUET subjects. Earlier, the subject choices were six. With the rediuction in number of CUET subjects, the choices have been reduced. Candidates can opt for five subjects from 23 domain subjects of any stream irrespective of subjects studied in class 12th.
