The Ganpat University's fee refund policy states that if students wish to withdraw their admission at the university, they can avail a refund of their submitted fees. Tabulated below is the percentage of the fee refund based on the point in time the withdrawal request is submitted:

Yes, Ganpat University (GUNI) offers 100% tuition waiver for students in certain programs, as well as scholarships for other students. Students must serve as researchers for GUNI for a minimum of two years after earning their Ph.D. to receive the 100% tuition waiver. Students in reserved categories, such as SC or ST, may also receive a scholarship. GUNI also offers the Merit Scholarship to undergraduate and postgraduate students who ranks first to third in their semester results. For female students, GUNI offers the PRAGATI Scholarship Scheme, which provides 50,000 rupees or 50% tuition fees, whichever is less, to two girls per family with an annual family income of less than 8 Lacs rupees.

Nice college, it is value for money.

Placements: The placement scene depends a bit on the course, but overall, the university puts in real effort. Big companies do come, and many students get placed or at least get internship opportunities that help them gain exposure.

Infrastructure: Hostel and campus life are one of the highlights. The infrastructure is quite solid. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, sports grounds, everything is there and maintained decently. The hostel feels safe, the environment is student-friendly, and the mess food is, well, not perfect, but definitely manageable. The campus feels like a small town of its own, which makes college life more memorable.

Faculty: The faculty in my course is generally very helpful and knowledgeable. Most teachers know their subjects well and are supportive whenever we need guidance. The curriculum is updated and relevant to industry needs, so it actually prepares us for real-world roles. Exams are moderately difficult. Not very easy, not too tough. And with consistent study, scoring good marks is manageable. Overall, the academic experience feels balanced and student-friendly. Faculty is generally supportive, and many of them are approachable if you genuinely want guidance.

Other: A good learning experience with supportive faculty and a peaceful campus. Balanced academics, decent placements, and a campus that feels lively and safe. Great infrastructure and helpful teachers, overall a satisfying college journey. A campus with strong facilities, a friendly crowd, and an industry-focused curriculum. Good university with practical learning, supportive staff, and improving placements.

My honest review of life at Ganpat University.

Placements: When it comes to placements, the placement cell provides proper training through seminars, soft-skill sessions, and industry interactions. Many reputed companies visit the campus, especially for engineering streams, and the opportunities are increasing year by year.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Ganpat University is one of its strongest points. The campus is spacious and well-maintained with modern classrooms, advanced laboratories, a central library with digital resources, sports grounds, and Wi-Fi facilities across the campus. The automobile engineering labs are equipped with the latest tools and machinery, which helps a lot in gaining practical knowledge.

Faculty: Faculty members in the Automobile Engineering department are knowledgeable and approachable. Most of them have strong academic backgrounds and industrial exposure, which helps us connect theory with real-world applications. The curriculum is designed as per industry needs, covering both core engineering subjects and emerging technologies in the automobile sector such as EVs, hybrid systems, and automation.

Other: Ganpat University organizes cultural fests, annual days, and technical events that give students exposure beyond academics. Events like hackathons, seminars, and competitions help in building confidence and teamwork. The cultural programs bring vibrancy to campus life.

Absolutely satisfied with everything except the classrooms.

Placements: Currently, I am pursuing my degree in B.Tech Biotechnology from Ganpat University. I am from the 2023-2027 batch. As I am in the second batch of this course, no placements have happened yet. Above 40% of students get internships every year in many organizations like GBRC, NIPER, etc.

Infrastructure: College facilities are quite good, but the infrastructure is not so good. 24-hour high-speed Wi-Fi and high-tech laboratories are available. Classrooms are not so good, they are non-AC and not well managed. But the library is big, so all books are easily available. The hostel facility is the best, and the mess food is of good quality. Also, good quality medical facilities, sports, and games are available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Most teachers are IITians and all have completed their Ph.D. They have enough knowledge to teach us. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students ready for the industry. Semester exams in this college are not so difficult. The pass percentage is above 80%.

Other: As an NAAC 'A' grade college, this college is affordable, so I chose it. The infrastructure of this college can be improved. Scholarships are available, and the events and fests are awesome.

My college has a standard infrastructure with all the facilities available in it.

Placements: In my course, around 70% to 80% of students got placed this year. The highest package provided is around 12 LPA, the lowest package is around 3.5 LPA, and the average package offered is 4.5 LPA. Almost 99% of students got internships in mostly manufacturing company and powerplants. Top roles offered in our course are automotive, robotics, designing, and CAD.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good. We are provided with full-time Wi-Fi service. Libraries are available all day long with many informative books. The hostel rooms are well-ventilated and have adequate furniture. Our mess provides nutritious meals to the students. The food quality is good. We also have a canteen inside our university campus. The medical facility is provided within the campus itself and it is available 24/7. The university campus has its own basketball court and football ground. It also provides the facility of indoor games as well as outdoor games.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive with a friendly nature. They are well-qualified with top NIT's and IIT's colleges and have good knowledge in their field. The teaching quality is also good. The curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are a bit harder and require some hard work for a better result. The passing percentage is around 80% to 90% and the passing percentage in each subject is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested in machines and their working. And mechanical engineering is a field where there is wide array of career options. Every sectors have a high demand of it. The college keeps arranging events and fests. Top reputed companies come to our campus and seminars are arranged. Many extracurricular activities are host like inter college competitions and sports meet with dancing and singing competitions included.

All about college, infrastructure, placements, and faculty.

Placements: In Guni, we have more than 25+ courses with good faculty, and we had an average package of 400,000 INR. We have the highest package of 20 lakhs, and during placement, we have many recruiters like Amazon, Odoo, Google, Aditya Birla, and many local companies. We have good faculty who help with placements, and we have approximately a 98% placement rate. We also have a Marine course with 100% placement.

Infrastructure: Yes, we have the best infrastructure with on-campus hostels for boys and girls, including Wi-Fi and hot showers. We have shared rooms with good space, and we like the infrastructure. We get three meals a day and have access to a cricket ground, football ground, swimming pool, boxing ring, gym, and sports complex for extra-curricular activities.

Faculty: Yes, we have the best teachers possible. We have smart classrooms, so we can access everything easily. We have a special computer room with full campus Wi-Fi, and we have regular hackathons and industry visits so students are ready for advancement. The semester exams are a bit difficult, but they are easy if you study well.

Other: We have batches with 60 students and two sections. We also have a computer room and advanced classes.

Overall I will say Excellent in Faculty, Syllabus, etc. Absolutely satisfied with placement.

Placements: As we know this college is a 3rd tier college, and the education provided here is really outstanding. Courses and curricula designed for students semester-wise are very beneficial to gain knowledge easily in any field. Placement here is not so well, but we can say 70-80% will get placement offers because, in the end, students' overall CGPA also matters. I have no idea about the package, but the average package is 4-8 Lacs, and companies like Cisco also give placements, Red Hat, Electromech, etc.

Infrastructure: In our university, the facility is outstanding. There are sports grounds for all sports: tennis, football, cricket, running track, etc., a swimming pool, gym, classrooms with Wi-Fi, labs, and a library for all departments, etc. They have provided different hostels for different branches. The food quality is also very nice and not so costly. Also, for out-of-state students, there is a different canteen.

Faculty: Here, faculty, curriculum, and exams – for these things, I have no words. The thing I like most about this college is all these things. Very supportive faculty members, the syllabus and exams are also organized in a well-mannered way. The pass percentage is 80-90%. You will not feel the semester exam is difficult because they have organized the semester syllabus in such a manner that the exams are easy.

Other: All activities or events take place, like 'Shodh,' which is a research event for the West Zone of India, and Satrang, which they organize every year for the West Zone of India. There are also sports days for all branches, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc. Functions and festivals are also celebrated.
