Ganpat University (GUNI) Scholarships and Funding
University provides various Scholarship schemes to their Students:
1) Saksham Scholarship:
- Eligibility Details:
a) Only for Differently Abled Students having more than 40% disability.
b) Family income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per Annum.
c) Students Admitted for in first year Diploma/Undergraduate Degree Level Programmes/Courses in AICTE Approved Institutions.
- Scholarship Amount:
a) Rs. 30,000/- or the actual tuition fees paid, whichever is less.
b) Contingency allowance will be given of Rs 2,000/- per month for Ten months.
2) Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana:
- Eligibility Details:
a) Diploma Course: Student must have secured 80 or more Percentile (PR) in 10th and family income must be less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum.
b) Engineering and Pharmacy Course: Student must have secured 80 or more Percentile (PR) in 12th Science and family income must be less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum.
c) For D2D Course: Student must have secured 65% or more in Diploma and family income must be less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum.
- Scholarship Amount:
a) BE (Engineering), B. Tech, B. Pharm, BArch, D2D : Maximum Up to Rs.50000.
b) Diploma Courses : Maximum Up to Rs.25000

The Ganpat University's fee refund policy states that if students wish to withdraw their admission at the university, they can avail a refund of their submitted fees. Tabulated below is the percentage of the fee refund based on the point in time the withdrawal request is submitted:
