GBU-ET is conducted at designated centre. The date of exam and schedule is notified to candidates 15 days well in advance before the examination.

In order to apply for courses at Gautam Buddha University, the candidates have to meet the last educational qualification as per course requirement. Academic fee shall be refunded in case of withdrawal of admission from the course of study in which he/ she is enrolled as per the UGC norms. Gautam Buddha University shall refund the security deposit in full. Once the hostel is allotted, then the hostel fee for the semester shall not be refunded in case of admission withdrawal.
