B.Sc. in Nursing - Batch of 2028
3.6
4.0Placements4.0Infrastructure3.0Faculty3.0Crowd & Campus Life4.0Value for Money
Decent college, good campus, and decent faculty.
Placements: After the completion of my B.Sc. nursing in 2028 for the 8th semester I'll be in an internship and then a job at GEIMS first as an intern and then after getting the degree, a full-time job is offered. The internship is also a paid internship and the job is permanent.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent but I believe the nursing department is lagging behind a little than other departments as nursing is a relatively new course in this college compared to others but all facilities are still good in the nursing department too.
Faculty: The faculty is decent but they can be a little bad sometimes and the faculty keeps on changing quite a bit which can be distracting. I believe the exam system is a bit outdated and it can get quite hectic for nursing students whose main work is practical to learn a lot of bookish knowledge for exam purpose.
Other: Overall the college is good and there are an adequate number of events and fests plus the extracurricular activities are also good.

M.Sc. in Chemistry - Batch of 2027

For research and learning, the Chemistry department at Graphic Era is the best.
Placements: Not many students are interested in placements. The highest placement is 5 LPA, while the lowest placement is 3 LPA. All pharma companies offer internships. Students are interning at many different Dehradun pharma companies. Roles include QA, QC, Production, R&D, and many students pursue a Ph.D.
Infrastructure: Labs are good, classrooms are good, and library facilities are excellent. I have not taken the hostel, but the hostel facility is also good. The canteen provides food at a lower price with good meals. Sports facilities include badminton, basketball, and football.
Faculty: Lab experiments are very helpful for learning and the extraction of radicals. The curriculum is good. It focuses on organic, physical, and inorganic chemistry, mainly with a research focus. Exam papers are conducted very strictly with no cheating allowed. It is hard to pass.
Other: I chose it because I have previous experience in the Chemistry field.

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2027

Graphic Era University is an amazing college. The facilities are amazing and supportive.
Placements: In BCA, we have good teachers who are supportive. In BCA, there are a total of 10 sections. It has good laboratories. Its faculty is very supportive. We learn coding easily. Software developed. The highest package is 40 LPA and more. Infosys, TCS, Adobe, Google, and many more companies come here. Internships are really amazing; the college also supports internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities are amazing. The college has nice canteens and provides many more things to do, like sports and many events to encourage students' confidence. Wi-Fi is everywhere in the college. The libraries are so good. We can issue any book, and it's so silent there to study and concentrate.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and supportive, too. They make teaching very easy and help with every project. They make students gain experience in the industries. Exams are not that hard, they are good at exams. Everything comes from what the teachers told in classes.
Other: I want to gain knowledge in the IT fields and all. The best thing about my course is that we enjoy coding. In BCA, we can improve the complexity of the courses only, otherwise, it's an amazing course. Events happen every time to make students stress-free and enjoy college life. Scholarships are also available. Sports events are also there.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2029
3.4

The college is kind of a last option to join.
Placements: Talking about in-campus placements, approximately 40 students get placed, and off-campus opportunities are minimal. Companies like Google, Stanley Morgan, and Infosys come here. Sorry, I don't know about the internship thing, but the top roles offered in my course are in web development.
Infrastructure: Here, in my college, the infrastructure is okay. They don't have ACs in the classrooms. However, they do in the mess and canteens. Good quality food is definitely available, hostels are also fine, and the college is beautiful. More beautiful is its location.
Faculty: The faculty here is very nice. Teachers are friendly, and their teaching is very effective. I feel that the curriculum is relevant too. The exams at my college are easy. They only ask what they teach. The passing percentage is 65% for attendance and 40% in exams.

Infrastructure: Hostels are pretty good compared to the prices. It provides 24/7 electricity, Wi-Fi, and a water supply. The quality of food is excellent. Hostel rooms are good, and wardens are cooperative. Rooms like single, double, and triple are available. AC rooms are also provided, and non-AC rooms also have attached bathrooms here.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, and semester exams are good. If you study hard, not too much, but studying is important. The course is prepared, it teaches you about the new era that is beginning.
Other: I chose BBA AI, as AI is the future.

This college is really good.
Placements: Around 80 percent of students are placed in my course. Our own hospital is recruiting students. All students are getting internships at our own hospital. The nursing officer is the top role offered to the students in the hospital of our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided by our college are outstanding, and the infrastructure is also good. There are Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms in the college. The quality of food is mind-blowing, and the food mess is checked on time. The food quality is much better.
Faculty: Teachers are really very helpful in nature, and are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is awesome. The course curriculum is relevant because it provides a wide scope for the students in the future. Semester exams are based on the students' knowledge. Fifty percent is the passing mark.

Yes, you can easily get admission to the CSE Branch at all three universities i.e., UPES Dehradun, Graphic Era University, or DIT University with 70 percentile in JEE mains. Admission to some colleges is also based on the class 12th marks instead of JEE Mains Scores.
