Graphic Era (Deemed to be) University offers a wide range of merit-based and special-category scholarships to ensure inclusive access to quality education.
MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS:
Merit-based scholarships at Graphic Era (Deemed to be) University are offered through two distinct pathways, ensuring wider access to deserving students:
1. Academic Merit Scholarship:
Scholarships are awarded based on Class 12 performance or Undergraduate (UG) academic results, recognizing consistent academic excellence. Eligible students may receive scholarships of up to 100%, subject to university norms and criteria. CUET and JEE percentile are also considered for UG scholarships and CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT percentile are considered for PG scholarships.
2. GECET-Based Scholarship (Graphic Era Common Entrance Test):
GECET is Graphic Era’s own scholarship test, designed to identify meritorious students and provide them with substantial financial support. Through GECET, students can:
Avail scholarships of up to 100%, Secure admission along with scholarship in a single process, Compete for scholarships from a 100 Crore scholarship pool, Evaluated through a transparent, merit-driven assessment
3. CATEGORY-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS:
• 10% Scholarship for Girl Candidates
• 5% Scholarship for Children of Defense Personnel
• 5% Scholarship for National Level Sports persons
• 7.5% Scholarship for Current Sibling Studying at Graphic Era
• 5% Scholarship for Passed out Sibling (Alumni Sibling)
• 10% Alumni Loyalty Scholarship
• 10% Single Parent Scholarship (COVID Case)
• 5% Single Parent Scholarship (Normal Case)
• 5% Scholarship on Yearly Fee Payment
Additional Student Support:
• All students are covered under Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan

Scholarship Pool:
Scholarships worth up to 100 Crore
Graphic Era MBA fee for two years range between INR 7.2 lakh - INR 10.3 lakh. This amount is inclusive of the fee for various MBA courses offered at Graphic Era University. Yes, candidates who wish to appear for the CUET to qualify for Graphic Era Deemed to be University BCA scholarships can apply for the exam. The registrations are scheduled to be closed on January 30th 2026. Candidates can also apply for BCA scholarships through the scores obtained in Class 12 board
