Admission to GNDU B.Ed courses is through an entrance examination conducted by Guru Nanak Dev University. Candidates have to take this exam and secure a good score to take admission. Yes, the university offers a BCA course of three-year in a full-time mode. BCA and BCA (Hons) are offered by the university under the five-year integrated course in Computer Science. The UG course is also offered as an online course. Admission to these programmes is based on the entrance test conducted by the university. Many of the GNDU-affiliated colleges also offer this UG programme. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for this course can take the entrance exam.

For admission to the five-year integrated course in Computer Science, in which BCA degree is offered, fulfilment of eligibility criteria is essential. Thus, the aspirant must be a Class 12 pass with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC) or any other exam recognised equivalent thereto by GNDU, Amritsar.
