IKGPTU accepts admissions to programmes in either a direct way or through counseling. Students who are interested in pursuing any programme at the university must have to apply beforehand. IK Gujral University follows a fee refund policy in case of cancellation of admission. In case a student withdraws his/ her seat before the start of the course, his/ her total fee is
refunded after deduction of INR 1,000 only.

In case a student surrenders his/ her seat after the beginning of the course and before /on last date of admission to that course, he/she get fee with proportionate deduction of
total monthly fee (full fee including development and other charges) and proportionate total hostel rent (all charges).

In case a student withdraws his /her seat after the last date of admission to that course, he /she does not get any refund.
