IK Gujral University follows a fee refund policy in case of cancellation of admission. In case a student withdraws his/ her seat before the start of the course, his/ her total fee is
refunded after deduction of INR 1,000 only.

In case a student surrenders his/ her seat after the beginning of the course and before /on last date of admission to that course, he/she get fee with proportionate deduction of
total monthly fee (full fee including development and other charges) and proportionate total hostel rent (all charges).

In case a student withdraws his /her seat after the last date of admission to that course, he /she does not get any refund.

IKGPTU, earlier known as Punjab Technical University was established under Act of the State Legislature in 1997. The university affiliates 120+ AICTE and 65 UGC-approved colleges. The university offers 25+ courses at its main campus. Candidates can go for the university as it offers a wide range of courses and practical knowledge to the students. The programme lasts for four years and consists of eight semesters. The B.Tech. course in civil engineering places an emphasis on a variety of building, highway, metro, and smart city construction, design, and development issues. 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as courses is the minimum requirement for admission to the B.Tech. in Civil Engineering programme.
