All the different specialisations of BTech at Integral University are four-year-long courses spanning over eight semesters with different course materials and subjects. The course material has both theoretical and practical hours with both theoretical and practical evaluations.

The course structure remains more or less the same. The award of credits differs each semester and in each specialisation.
