And the average package is 6 lakh which is claimed by Jagannath University. There are some well known recruiting companies like PGI, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Airtel and some others. The placement records varies each year.

Based on the information available on the university official website the university follows the UGC guideline to refund the fees to the students. It is mentioned in the terms and condition of the refund ploicy of the University "4.1. 3 If a student chooses to withdraw from the programme of study in which he/she is enrolled, the institution concerned shall follow the following five-tier system for the refund of fees* remitted by the student" .
