Review of Jai Narain Vyas University.
Placements: Placement is good compared to other government engineering colleges. PIE graduates have fewer placement opportunities, but our college placements are quite good. CS and IT have 100% placement rates. Placements are also good in ECE, EC and EEE. Mechanical and civil engineers have good job placement prospects. 
Infrastructure: MBM was established in 1951, making it one of the oldest colleges in its infrastructure. College campuses and hostels have full facilities for Wi-Fi and sports activities. Labs are old but fully equipped with new instruments and facilities. Girls' hostels have quite good facilities compared to boys' hostels. Hostel mess food is good and hygienic.
Faculty: Especially in the Production and Industrial Engineering departments, all professors are very helpful. All teachers are highly qualified. They worked on many research projects in collaboration with IIT and the government. The institute's electrical, mechanical and production industrial engineering departments are NBA accredited, which means their curriculum and courses are approved by NBA on an international basis. All courses are industry relevant and updated yearly on an AICTE basis. First-year semester exams are quite difficult for students. In other semesters, it is quite easy to score good marks.
Other: I was interested in mechanical and management; that's why I chose that course. In India, there is less demand for graduates from PI. Supply Chain is an excellent post-graduate option for PI graduates with a background in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. College fees are quite cheap compared to other government engineering colleges. You will get enough time for to prepare competitive exams.
