B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2025

College life is good, however, the placements are not too good.
Placements: 10% classmates were placed in office companies, and the rest of them are jobless, doing jobs in BPOs and other fields like sales and marketing. So all average, the placements were not good. I also got my first interview cleared in a sales role, however, they don’t allow us to sit in other internships as one is cleared.
Infrastructure: The classroom and infrastructure were good. Labs and libraries were also fine. The canteen was good as well. Sports facilities were good. Medical facilities were also fine, everything was fine.
Faculty: Examinations were also average. Courses were not provided by the college. semester wise examining were not so hard, however, you will have to study by yourself, as the study material, like books and copies, was not included in the fees and not provided by the college, so be prepared.

It is a very good college because it gives you an amazing college life.
Placements: I am a fresher, but as I see my seniors, in comparison to the rest of the colleges, it is far better. The placement statistics are for the batch of 2026. The highest package is INR 33-52 LPA. Average package is INR 6.67-6.8 LPA. As we see, college with this type of college life is crazy.
Infrastructure: Hostel food is average, but rooms are amazing, you get a private room even in a 3-sharing room, as the hostel is like a 3 BHK flat. You have a common room and a common bathroom, and you have full privacy. There are some strict rules in the hostel that are strictly followed. The labs are also well-maintained.
Faculty: Exams are moderate to tough, checking is a little tough, but if you study, you will score well. Teachers are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. If a good relationship is maintained with the teachers, they are also very humble to you.
Other: The campus is a little bit crowd but you will feel this only in events, as there are many courses that this college provides and classes are held batch-wise.

JECRC University really has great infrastructure, and its main factor is the events it conducts.
Placements: Placements in JECRC University are around 90 percent. The highest package was 32 LPA in 2025, the lowest was 2-3 Lakhs, and the average package was 6.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Deloitte, Microsoft, etc. Top roles offered were Data Scientists and software developers (both backend and frontend).
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of JECRC University is way better than other competing universities in Jaipur. Classrooms are fully furnished with power sockets inbuilt in each bench, Wi-Fi, AC installed in labs, and a dispensary for any medical emergency. The quality of food available in the hostel is not that good. The canteen has several outlets which have great taste, such as Domino's, etc. JECRC University has great sports infrastructure, from courts of individual to team sports to equipment.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and always respond when they try to communicate. They are qualified, and learning from them feels very easy. The course curriculum is totally relevant to what a B.Tech student needs. It has a great framework for making students industry-ready. Semester exams are set at moderate difficulty. Pass percentage is 33%.
Other: I am pursuing B.Tech in CS. I chose this because I was really curious about software. The best thing about my course is it makes me feel independent to choose from a wide spectrum of career options. JECRC University conducts the best events and fests among all the colleges in Jaipur. It calls the most trending celebs.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2028
3.2

The college is overall good, just I feel the campus is not so good like others.
Placements: I have started my B. Tech in 2024, and at that time the total placements from JECRC University and JECRC Foundation are around 2000 placements. In B. Tech, around 1000 students are placed from JECRC University, and around 75 percent of students from B. Tech got placement. The highest package is 50 LPA, the average is 6 to 7 LPA, and the lowest package is around 3.5–4 LPA. There are top recruiting companies like Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, and the roles offered are software developer, software engineer, data scientist, data science analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: I am pursuing M.A. B. Tech in Computer Science. There are lots of well-working computer labs with decent Wi-Fi facilities for practice in university, clean and spacious classrooms for theory classes, multiple halls and auditoriums for seminars, and a silent library for studies with access to computers in the library. The hostel is well-structured. The best part about the hostel is that it has personal rooms, a good and proper attendance system, and a gym included in the boys’ hostel. The mess is also very spacious, clean, and with a good variety of food, especially in the morning breakfast.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful in doubt solving and knowledgeable in topics. They are well qualified, and their teaching quality is very friendly and easy to understand. My course is Computer Science with specialization in AI and Data Science, and JECRC University makes it relevant and covers the core subjects of my specialization, with good coverage in theory and practicals. The semester exams are decent but hard, which strengthens theory knowledge. University exam scheduling gives enough time to prepare for exams and score well. The passing marks percentage is 35 percent.
Other: I am so into Computer Science, know about coding, explore the field, and want to make something of my own. I chose Data Science because it is a field with more scope in the upcoming 10 to 15 years. Nothing else I wish to improve. One thing the college can improve is to have more lab practice. College events and fests are amazing. There are events, and one of my favorite events is Rhythm. You can also have scholarships based on your 12th marks and JEE score. It also has clubs.

JECRC files pros and cons.
Placements: The percentage of students is 40 to 50 percent who are placed. This year, the highest is, I guess, 33 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HPE and Meta. For internships, the ratio is again low, it's 45 to 50 percent. The top role offered is an employee.
Infrastructure: I like the infrastructure, it's unique, and you'll definitely feel a friendly environment here. The mess food is good, and the classrooms are also good, kind of like a school vibe, but okay. Wi-Fi works fine, but they can still work on it. Sports facilities are quite good. We have volleyball football, cricket, basketball, tennis, badminton, and pickleball courts.
Faculty: Teachers are really very nice and kind. They help students a lot during placements as well. But the exams are very poorly conducted, like a school exam. I don't really like it as there is no code stuff, only written exams. Practicals are not taken seriously.
Other: Events are insane. One of the best events of Jaipur is held in our university. You'll love how people are very interactive here, and find cool clubs and students. You'll find people and things of your interest as well.

College is good if you are considering a good campus life with decent placements and a good crowd.
Placements: The placements are good. At par with most private engineering colleges in Rajasthan. Would even say they are better than most private colleges. Companies are ICICI, Tata, HP, and various other top recruiters. The placement record is more than 90 percent.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good, with good classes and all the available facilities one can look for. There is also a very big and recently opened canteen that has a lot of big fast food brands inside with good seating space. The hostels are also good with triple-sharing rooms.
Faculty: The faculty, for the most part, is good and supportive. The teachers are qualified, and most of them have a Ph.D. The course is relevant and up to date, with good real-life teaching experience. The semesters are not very difficult, and the passing is. The passing percentage is 40 percent.
