Review of my great JIS University.

Placements: 65 percent of students got placed from my course in the previous year, who were our seniors. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest is 3.4 LPA, and the overall average package is 4.5 LPA in my course. Various companies offered placements from our college. Almost 65 percent of students got internships at my university.

Infrastructure: JIS University has modern facilities and well-structured infrastructure to support quality education and the holistic development of students. The hostel facilities are comfortable, with clean rooms, adequate water supply, and common areas for students. The mess and canteen offer a variety of food options maintaining both quality and hygiene. Medical facilities are available within the campus, ensuring timely healthcare support for students.

Faculty: The teachers at JIS University are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and approachable. Most of them hold advanced degrees and possess good teaching experience, which helps in delivering concepts clearly. Most likely, Samir sir and Sonali mam, the course curriculum is well-structured and regularly updated to match current industry standards. The semester exams are moderately difficult, designed to test both understanding and application of concepts.

Other: I chose this course because it matches my career interests and provides a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. Review of JIS University.

Placements: Every stream is there. The highest package is 24 LPA, and the lowest is around or above 5 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, TCS, Cabgimini, etc. There are many companies to get an internship, not just one. There are many chances to take this course. If you want to take a high-level job, then you can take this course.

Infrastructure: There are particular classrooms for each section and department, and Wi-Fi is also available. A library is also available. If you want to read a book, then go to the library and sit silently. 2 time the price and twice the tiffin is available there. In the morning, they give tiffin, and also in the evening.

Faculty: Teachers are good at qualifications and they reach us very well. This is a very relevant course. If you go to any industry or IT sector, then you can choose. If you read carefully, there is no difficulty. If you fail the exam, then you have a chance to retake the exam.

Other: I chose this course because it perfectly matches my interests and future career aspirations. The curriculum is well-structured, offering a good balance between theoretical learning and practical exposure. The teaching methodology, with regular assignments, projects, and lab sessions, helps us gain both knowledge and hands-on experience. The faculty members are supportive, approachable, and encourage us to participate in discussions, which makes learning more engaging. One of the best things about my course is the industry-oriented approach. We often get exposure through workshops, guest lectures, and internships that bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications. The availability of resources like a well-equipped library, modern labs, and online study material makes learning more effective. However, I feel there are areas where the course could improve. The inclusion of more advanced technologies and updated modules in the syllabus would help us stay aligned with current industry trends. More opportunities for live projects and collaborations with companies could also make the course stronger. The college campus itself has a vibrant atmosphere. Events and fests are conducted regularly, giving us a break from academics and a chance to showcase our talents. The crowd here is diverse, friendly, and creates a collaborative environment. Connectivity to the campus is convenient, and the surrounding area has good facilities for students. The college also provides scholarships for meritorious students, which is a great motivation. Extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural programs, and clubs help in overall personality development. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I would recommend this college to students looking for a balanced environment of academics, activities, and opportunities.

Review of JIS University.

Placements: Our JIS University is specially for pharmacy students because mostly 99% get placement. In B.Tech, the placements are very lower than in pharmacy most likely 35%. There are many companies referred for placement. Average package most likely 2 LPA - 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college has its own Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a separate library for separate courses. Wi-Fi is available for faculty and students also. There are separate lifts for teachers and students. At first the hostel of JIS is not so good but now the hostel of JIS University is very good. There is also a separate Wi-Fi system in all the rooms. But JIS University does not have its own playground.

Faculty: When I write about our department teacher, then at first mention 2 teachers' names, one is Sonali madam and another is Samir sir. I can't explain their efforts for students in my review because in a small speech, this cannot be completed. Another faculty members are also good. Semester exam is hard but if you study well it becomes very easy.

Other: I am currently pursuing B.Tech in computer science and engineering at JIS University. I chose this course because of my strong interest in technology, programming, and problem-solving. With the growing demand in the IT and software industry, I feel that pursuing B.Tech in CSE would provide me with the right skills and opportunities to build my career. The curriculum is industry-oriented and covers the latest trends in technology. Teachers are supportive and encourage us to participate in projects, coding competitions, and research work.

Satisfied, great placement assistance, qualified faculty, best infrastructure, and superb college.

Placements: 60% students got placed, and 35% opted for higher studies. As far as my knowledge goes, the highest package offered is of 26.5 LPA, and 2.5 LPA is the lowest package offered. The average package offered is 4.5 to 6.5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Gamut, Ericsson, LTI Mindtree, Cognizant, IBM, EY, Wipro, Amazon, etc., 60% or more in Prodigy InfoTech, Pinnacle Labs, Cod soft, Prasar net, etc. Graduate Trainee, AO Associate Engineer, Programmer Analyst Trainee. Etc.

Infrastructure: One of the best infrastructures in eastern India. Computer Lab with all Apple PC, and 6 more labs with high-end PCs (Intel I5). Wi-Fi throughout campus (Speed 200 Kbps - 1.2 Mbps). There are more than 100 routers on the 10th floor. 3 gallery style AC classrooms and others are non AC. So good that Tollywood Mega Star JEETs film RAVAN was filmed, and also other small web series and podcasts were done. Library is good, and books are available. Hostel and Food are average.

Faculty: In our college, there are highly qualified faculty members from JU, Kalyani University, KIIT, NIT, IIT, and CU who teach here. Teaching Quality is Above Average. Industry oriented learning and frequent training are provided. Seminars and workshops are arranged to keep us up to date. Exam difficulty level is above average, and the Pass percentage is 90%.

Other: I chose this course as CSE is in trend nowadays. The best part is that everyone is using smart things, AI tools, etc. We get to know how they are working. Our college does everything. It is better than average to make it the best. The only thing needed is more time and serious students. Events and other activities are the best and the finest. We have a national level artist on our campus and budding talents, too. Workshops and competitions are arranged to promote that stuff.

A good place to learn not only for a degree but also about life.

Placements: A decent placement with 70 to 80% this year. Top companies are IBM, LNT, Mindtree, and many more. Average package is approximately 5 LPA. Average role offered is software engineer. Many internship opportunities are available according to the preference of the students, and also BCT and international internships.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure with AC classrooms and a lab, multiple labs, free Wi-Fi, a big playground with football bars, cricket pitch, volleyball court, an indoor table tennis deck, a badminton court, and a cultural room with instruments for the cultural enthusiasts.

Faculty: All professors hold a doctorate degree with experience and many ongoing projects, which helps everyone to learn deeply from them. Very helpful professors who make everything clear and show a path to be successful in corporate life, as all have corporate experience in big companies.

Other: To be honest, I like AI, so I chose this course. Decent campus life with events, international trips for internship, a good chilling area with a decent and helpful crowd.

It is a very good college, you can take admission.

Placements: Depends on your skills whether you get the job or not. There are placement training, BCT programmes, and placement exams. They also organized some good conclaves. Also, a video meter where students can give their innovative business ideas and discuss their own startups. It is really a helpful session for students.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. In every semester, you have some interesting subjects, and also NPTEL subjects are included in syllabus, where you have to give the NPTEL exams to clear the semester. I am not a hostel girl. I do my college from my house. So I don't have so much information about our college hostel. I know that it is decent and food is also good at canteen though I have never tasted it.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly. If you face any problem, you can contact them. They will try their best to solve it. But practically, labs are not that good. You can't get real-life problem experience. The education that doesn't help you after college. So I don't think the fees are justified anyhow.

Other: Students organize events, and faculty members are also involved.
