Reservation of seats in BA course offered by the Jiwaji University will be in accordance with the policy of Madhya Pradesh Government. The benefit of reservation will be available, only to the domiciles category candidates of Madhya Pradesh. Two extra seats will be created in BA course for the following:

• One seat for wards of regular teachers and officers of the University
• One seat for wards of regular Class III and Class IV employees of the University
• If any reserved category candidate gets placed in general/ open list in merit then the seat in reserved category will be unaffected but if applicant belongs to the category such as Freedom Fighter (FF) etc., the seat reserved in that category will be treated as filled up.
• Over and above seats will be reserved for NRI/ sponsored candidates in BA course.

Jiwaji University BA Fees 2025 includes different parameters. The total tuition fees for BA programme ranges between INR 9,000 and INR 94,800. Hostel facilities are also provided by the university that is charged separately. Students should also consider admission fees, application fees and examination form fees in the total fee budget. 

Jiwaji University BA application fees of INR 1,000 (INR 800 for SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates) together with INR 200 registration per subject has to be paid through MP Online. For every course, the registration fee of INR 200 per course/ subject has to be paid along with the application fees of INR 1,000 at the kiosk centre.

Candidates who get admission to the BA or BA (Hons) programmes offered at Jiwaji University are required to pay the Jiwaji University BA tuition fees ranging between INR 9,000 and INR 94,800. Tuition fee depends on the specialisation chosen by students. Hostel facilities are also provided by the university that is charged separately. Students should also consider admission fees, application fees and examination form fees in the total fee budget.

If any candidate leaves the programme or desires to cancel his/ her admission before the last date of admission,  the fee will be returned to him/her after deducting 10% of the admission fees deposited. Only caution money will be refunded if a candidate leaves the programme after the said date.
In case where candidates have given an undertaking to the effect that their admission may be cancelled in case they fail to produce their result of qualifying exam with required eligibility percentages by the last date of admission, they will not get any refund of admission fee except the caution money.

The mode of admissions at the Jiwaji University varies from one course to another. Jiwaji University admission is both merit and entrance-based. Candidates seeking direct admission to the university could apply for courses such as MA and MSc, in which the admission is given on the basis of the merit of the last qualifying exam. However, candidates wiling to take admission to other courses such as BTech and BA (Hons) must appear for the JEE Main and CUET UG entrance exams, respectively.

The Jiwaji University BE Cutoff 2025 has been released for admission in the form of opening and closing ranks. For the General AI category, the last round cutoff ranged from 158341 to 337310, where B.E. in Computer Science Engineering was the highly sought-after course. 

The cutoff in 2024, for the same course and for the same category was 292855, and in 2023, it was 136969. According to this cutoff data, we can say that the competition has been fluctuating in the past 3 years. Students can refer to the table below to know the cutoff of the past 3 years for the General AI category. 

The Jiwaji University NEET PG Cutoff 2025 has been released for all categories under the All India quota up to Round 2. For the General AI category, the cutoff for admission to the MD/MS courses ranged from 752 to 97268 in the last round closing cutoff ranks. The hardest specialisation for admission was MD in Radio Diagnosis, with a cutoff rank of 752 in the last round. On the other hand, the easiest course for admission was MD in Anatomy, with the last round cutoff rank of 97268. 

For the admission to majority of courses at Jiwaji Gwalior, candidates are required to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in the previous qualification exams. For candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category, a relaxation of 5% will be provided. For courses such as BE, MCA, MBA, DPharma, BPharma and others, the University considers valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main and DTE, Bhopal and others, varying course to course.
