The Jiwaji University MP BE Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BE courses. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks for the Home State and All India quota. For the General AI quota, the cutoff ranged from 158341 to 337310, wherein B.E. in Computer Science Engineering was the most sought-after course and B.E. in Chemical Engineering, the least popular for this category. The mode of admissions at the Jiwaji University varies from one course to another. Jiwaji University admission is both merit and entrance-based. Candidates seeking direct admission to the university could apply for courses such as MA and MSc, in which the admission is given on the basis of the merit of the last qualifying exam. However, candidates wiling to take admission to other courses such as BTech and BA (Hons) must appear for the JEE Main and CUET UG entrance exams, respectively.

Jiwaji University offers placement assistance by conducting placement drives. The University has recorded a placement of 120 students (UG 3-year programme) with INR 2.40 LPA as the median package. The cutoff in 2024, for the same course and for the same category was 292855, and in 2023, it was 136969. According to this cutoff data, we can say that the competition has been fluctuating in the past 3 years. For the admission to majority of courses at Jiwaji Gwalior, candidates are required to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in the previous qualification exams. For candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category, a relaxation of 5% will be provided. For courses such as BE, MCA, MBA, DPharma, BPharma and others, the University considers valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main and DTE, Bhopal and others, varying course to course.

Gwalior University, through various schools of study, colleges, and 29 departments, offers UG, PG, Diploma, and various other courses to students.
