They can also apply through lateral entry to second year Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) if they have passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology. The courses are offered at SJCE (Constituent College of JSSSTU) with CET Code - E284, COMED-K Code - E058 for unaided, and CET Code - E021 for aided.
