Q:   Does Kakatiya University refund fees?
A: 

There have been certain requests received from the students of various courses of different Colleges under the jurisdiction of Kakatiya University for re-imbursement of fee paid by them on cancellation of their admissions due to various reasons.

In this regard, the UGC, New Delhi has issued certain guidelines vide reference cited wherein clearly stipulated to refund the entire fee paid by the students who wish to cancel their admissions within time bound Le, with a charging of 1,000/- processing fee Irrespective of regular/SFC courses.

Q:   Is there any way of applying offline for the Kakatiya University application form?
A: 

No, only online applications are accepted at Kakatiya University. The Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme is one of the few programmes offered by the university without an offline application process.

You must register on the university's website and complete the application in order to apply to Kakatiya University's MBA programme. The necessary documents, including your CAT score card, UG and PG degree mark sheets (if applicable), work experience certificate (if applicable), personal statement, and recommendation letters (2), must also be uploaded as scanned copies.

April is normally the deadline for applications to Kakatiya University's MBA programme. Please go to the Kakatiya University website for additional details regarding the application procedure and deadlines.

Q:   Does Kakatiya University accept CAT score?

The Common Admission Test (CAT) score is accepted by Kakatiya University for admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme. The university counts CAT scores among the most important considerations in the application process, along with personal statement, professional experience, and academic standing. Although it fluctuates from year to year, the minimum CAT score needed for admission to Kakatiya University's MBA programme usually falls between the 70 and 85 percentile.

Kakatiya University accepts scores from the CAT in addition to those from other MBA entry tests like the XAT, GMAT, and MAT. However, the CAT is the recommended entrance exam and is thought to have more weight in the admissions process for Kakatiya University's MBA programme. It is advised that you take the CAT exam and do well if you plan to apply to Kakatiya University's MBA programme. Having a high CAT score will improve your chances of getting accepted into the course of study.

The TS EAMCET Counselling 2026 will be conducted in three phases, namely Phase 1, Phase 2, and the Final Phase, for admission into BE/BTech courses by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and will be managed by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). Further, TS EAMCET (now TS EAPCET) Spot Round will also be conducted for Private Unaided Engineering Colleges.

College facilities are well developed, including laboratories and experienced faculty.
Placements: We can join here through the PGCET entrance exam, and students get placed in top companies as well. This is best for students who can complete their studies. There are different courses like Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, as well as Drug Regulatory Affairs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good and spacious. There are many trees around the college. Inside the college, there is a good environment and good classrooms. There are fully furnished laboratories as well. The equipment in the laboratories is also of high quality.
Faculty: Faculty is friendly. They help us with everything. The teaching is also very good. Saemester exams are conducted outside the campus. University itself conducts the exams, so we have to write the semester exams in other colleges. Internals are conducted in the college itself.

It is a very good college. Faculty and the principal are very good.
Placements: There were fewer placement opportunities at the time of my graduation. Maybe later the chances increased. At that time, we had some online exams for free technical course training and placement. At that time, placement chances were fewer. But later, it definitely changed and increased.
Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi in college. But we had Wi-Fi in computer labs. There was a large computer lab, and they also had a Science lab with equipment. The classrooms were very spacious and neat. There were so many book collections in the library. I'm a day scholar, so I didn't know about the hostel things.
Faculty: Faculty was very nice. Lecturers were very helpful. They were qualified and knowledgeable. They helped us pass our exams with good marks. They taught us very well. Semester exams were not conducted by this college. They were conducted by the government. Internal exams were conducted by the college.
Other: I chose B.Sc. because I was interested in Physics and Computer Science. They celebrated every festival. They organized special events also. They conducted useful seminars also. We also got scholarships.

Review of Kakatiya University.
Placements: It's almost like my college has 5000-15000 members, simply. The package offered at my college last year was above 28 LPA. Almost 70 percent of students got internship now. My branch is ECE. It offers more jobs in the market.
Infrastructure: My college facilities are better than other colleges. They are friendly with us. The hostels are in good condition. The faculty is friendly. They eat with us and they stay with us for a lot of time. They share all those things they did in their college days.
Faculty: It's such a good college, and they conduct 2 semester exams and 4 mid-term exams. The exams are very hard. All the teachers sit at examination hall, and they are concerned about their students. They have a lot of exams in one semester. They conduct almost 8 semesters and 16 mid-semester exams.
Other: My college is a government college with all types of courses and good staff.

Review of Vaagdevi Degree and PG College.
Placements: Around 70% of students may get placed, as far as I know. Seniors got placed with salaries of around Rs. 30,000 per month. Our trainee placement officer regularly sends recruitment offers to students. Placement drives start from the 3rd semester itself. However, there may not be many top companies recruiting from our college.
Infrastructure: The canteen is average. There is no Wi-Fi. The infrastructure of the MBA block is good. There is no hostel facility, but the washrooms are neat. However, I do not like the security arrangements and timings. Wearing a uniform is mandatory in the college.
Faculty: The curriculum is related to the course, but the faculty members are not always very knowledgeable. There is good interaction with the faculty, although they are not always helpful. I faced difficulties during my project viva. The teaching quality varies among faculty members. The course may make students industry-ready by the 3rd semester, but the pass percentage is low. Faculty members are good and teach well.
Other: There are not many events. The security is bad. Vaagdevi Degree and PG College is a good college.

Quality of education is worth the money.
Placements: From our course, around 30% of students got placed. The highest package was around 12 LPA. The average package was around 5 LPA. The lowest package was around 3 LPA. Infosys was one of the recruiting companies. Around 75% of students got internships. The top roles offered were supervisors, technicians, and managers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is perfect. They have access to Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, etc. The hostel and its facilities are very comfortable. They provide comfortable rooms with great food. There is also a ground for physical exercise, and very nutritious food is available.
Faculty: The quality of education is good. The lecturers are well experienced and have certified degrees. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage is around 80%. The exams are well managed. The questions are at the application level.
