Kakatiya University has a total intake of 920 seats for all streams of BTech that are offered at the Warangal campus of the university. These seats are allotted through TM EAPCET counselling. Kakatiya University offers BTech in multiple streams. These streams inlcude Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Civil Engineering, etc. For all the streams, the curriculum is covered in eight semesters. The course structure and syllabus for the first year is common across all the streams. The TS EAMCET Counselling 2025 will be conducted in three phases, namely Phase 1, Phase 2, and the Final Phase, for admission into BE/BTech/BPharma courses by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and will be managed by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). Further, TS EAMCET (now TS EAPCET) Spot Round will also be conducted for Private Unaided Engineering Colleges.

Candidates who have a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 50% total marks (45% for reserved categories), and who is 19 years old, on or before completing the application process, can appear for TS ICET entrance examination.

In this regard, the UGC, New Delhi has issued certain guidelines vide reference cited wherein clearly stipulated to refund the entire fee paid by the students who wish to cancel their admissions within time bound Le, with a charging of 1,000/- processing fee Irrespective of regular/SFC courses.
