at Kakatiya University, Warangal

The TS EAMCET Counselling 2025 will be conducted in three phases, namely Phase 1, Phase 2, and the Final Phase, for admission into BE/BTech/BPharma courses by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and will be managed by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). Further, TS EAMCET (now TS EAPCET) Spot Round will also be conducted for Private Unaided Engineering Colleges.

Kakatiya University has a total intake of 920 seats for all streams of BTech that are offered at the Warangal campus of the university. These seats are allotted through TM EAPCET counselling. Only the students who have appeared for the TS EAPCET entrance exam are eligible to apply for this counselling. During the counselling, the candidates have to place Kakatiya University BTech at the top of their college preference list. If the candidate has cleared the required cut-off, a seat will be allotted to them, subject to the fulfilment of other eligibility criteria.

CMR College of Engineering and Technology admission to the BTech course is done through TS EAMCET exam followed by TS EAMCET Counselling which is to be conducted in three phases namely, Phase 1, Phase 2 and Final Phase. Spot Round will also be conducted for Private Unaided Engineering Colleges. The course duration of BTech at Kakatiya University is four years, divided in eight semesters. BTech fee for various streams and affiliated colleges ranges between INR 1,30,000 to INR 5,00,000. The mentioned fee is taken from the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to changes and hence, is indicative. Students of Kakatiya University are also eligible for various scholarships provided by the state government of Telangana as well as the national government.
