KNRUHS Warangal admissions are offered based on merit and entrance. The university offers admission based on NEET UG, NEET PG, NEET SS and other entrance exam scores. Selected candidates are further required to participate in Telangana NEET Counselling for admission in the MBBS course.

KNRUHS BSc is a 3 years to 5.5 years, UG level course, offered in full-time/offline and distance mode. Admission to BSc is offered on the basis of merit and valid entrance scores. Furthermore, the University offers BSc on the basis of Class 12 qualification with a minimum aggregate of 45% with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). KNRUHS fee structure includes a tuition fee worth INR 85K.
