KNRUHS Warangal admissions are offered based on merit and entrance. The university offers admission based on NEET UG, NEET PG, NEET SS and other entrance exam scores. KNRUHS offers courses at UG, PG, and doctoral levels in various fields such as Medicine, Dental, Physiotherapy, Nursing, etc. Apart from valid entrance scores, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% to 60% in Class 12 for UG level admissions. Whereas, for PG level admissions, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% to 55% in graduation.

KNRUHS BSc is a 3 years to 5.5 years, UG level course, offered in full-time/offline and distance mode. Admission to BSc is offered on the basis of merit and valid entrance scores. Furthermore, the University offers BSc on the basis of Class 12 qualification with a minimum aggregate of 45% with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). KNRUHS fee structure includes a tuition fee worth INR 85K. 

Candidates have to first apply for the entrance exam required for the preferred course. KNRUHS selects candidates for most of the programmes based on their entrance exam scores. The university accepts NEET-UG, NEET-PG, NEET-SS and other entrance exams for admission to specific courses. KNRUHS releases a provisional merit list or cutoff based on rank of the candidate in the accepted entrance exam. Selected candidates are called for the counselling rounds. Once selected, candidates are called for document verification and fee payment.
