Q:   What is the difference between the syllabus of Andhra Pradesh LAWCET and the syllabus of CLAT?
A:

Both the AP LAWCET and CLAT entrance exam are conducted for admission to the Law schools in India, however, the syllabus for these exams are different on many parameters and candidates should strategise differently for both the exams. AP LAWCET exam has sections including Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Contract Law, Constitution, etc. and the CLAT entrance exam sections include English Language, Legal Aptitude, Mathematics, etc. AP LAWCET does not have mathematics subjects, AP LAWCET exam focus more on regional knowledge. CLAT generally covers the deeper aspects of the particular subject.

Wonderful experience over the past 2 years at CAIL.
Placements: Christ Academy Institute of Law receives placements every year and over 165 companies and law firms actively hire students from this college. The placement rate ranges from 60 to 65 percent. This gives the students a very good opportunity to be placed in a really good place after their education is completed.
Infrastructure: Christ Academy Institute of Law is Wi-Fi enabled across the entire campus and has well-developed infrastructure facilities with really good library availability for the students and scholars with digital resources. The mess and canteen facilities are very good for the students with various options.
Faculty: The teaching faculty are really well-trained and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is taught to the students without any doubt. The semester exams conducted here are based on the KSLU syllabus and rules. The semester examinations are quite challenging at certain times, but with thorough preparation, they would be really easy.
Other: The students are even encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities for their enjoyment apart from studies. The college hosts a national law fest every year called Venusta, where colleges across the country come and participate.

Some teachers are not good in nature and treat students rudely.
Infrastructure: If I talk about the infrastructure, it was beautiful and peaceful. Because of this, I got admission. When I decided to take admission, I first called the principal's office as I got the number from the website. I also thought that it was in my city and would be nearby, so I took steps towards that college.
Faculty: The teaching quality was also excellent. Supportive and cooperative teachers were there. Teachers always put in their efforts while teaching and encouraged the students. They appreciated students if they did well in their studies. They also conducted extracurricular activities for students. They also helped develop their personalities.
Other: I chose it because it was childhood dream. My father also wanted me to be a lawyer. I did it. I never thought it would be different. The first thing that I noticed was the discipline and corporate environment, along with supportive teachers and loving staff. Everyone was good and always helped me. The non-teaching staff was also good and cooperated with students. They were polite and manageable. It was a good experience for me

Don't ever pursue law in this university no campus interviews and no canteen.
Placements: There were zero placements, no interview at all. It was good, but some were just reading from the book. I am not satisfied with it.
Infrastructure: There was no canteen on the campus, and there was no gap between lectures, so if a student was hungry, he had no option, so I'm not at all satisfied.
Faculty: Some lecturers were qualified and were teaching well, but part-time. They had no knowledge and were just reading from the books. Industry-ready is just a joke there were no practical things that were explained. Till today, all the students who have passed from this university are struggling to get a good job. The percentage required was 50 percent. Government lecturers had good experience. The classes they took were well-taught, and some lecturers were good, but some were just reading from the book. I am not satisfied with it.
Other: For a bright future, but college just wasted my time, no fest, no campus activities, nothing the worst.

K.L.E Law College is a much better law college than its peers.
Placements: In our college, placements depend on students' skills. To be fair, our college placement percentage is also low. However, students are supported in getting the right internships. Students who perform well there are directly hired. Even tier-1 law firms are where students of our college get opportunities to intern during breaks.
Infrastructure: KLE College has the best set of classrooms, which can accommodate close to 80 students. However, the strength is not more than 60–65 students in any class. The canteen provides food at a minimum cost, and our library is world-class. It is stocked with thousands of books along with a reading area. There is just one building on the campus. It also has a huge auditorium with a seating capacity of 600–700 people.
Faculty: Our college faculty members are really good. In just 1 year, they have impressed me a lot. Around 6–7 faculty members take lectures across both semesters in the 1st year. Not just normal law, but since I am pursuing BBA LL.B., we also get exposure to business law and have already learned some business traits in my 1st year.
Other: Vaanijya Nagri 5.0 is our annual fest, which is held in April. Besides that, an Entrepreneur Flea Market is also held in October.

Placement is great. Overall great.
Placements: Recently, Infosys offered to recruit from our college. There are many more well-known companies as well. Internships are provided as well, but it's important to reach out and put yourself out there.
Infrastructure: Honestly, infrastructure is not that great, just manageable. It is not too spacious but cosy, I'd say. There are three institutions in one campus, and that could be an issue, other than that, it's super manageable. It also has a library that provides books for free.
Faculty: Faculty members are great. They really know what they are talking about and teach very well. A few are new and could improve. But overall I'd say we have good faculty members. Some of the faculty members are great at their job. They explain more than just what textbooks tell you.
Other: They are trying to bring out more campus life, which is for law students. The lowest fee is 1 lakh (with scholarship) and the highest is 2.5 lakh.

I am absolutely satisfied because of facilities, good environment, and helpful teachers.
Placements: Each batch contains 120 students, which are divided into 2 batches of 60 students. Every law firm in India tries to recruit students from this college. The college has courses like B.A. LL.B, BBA LL.B, LL.M, etc. It even has an ADR for dispute solutions.
Infrastructure: There is free Wi-Fi, a library, a canteen, a parking space, etc. The college has everything we need, like a good environment, counselling facilities, medical and monetary aid for students who are in need of it. Overall, it's the best college to choose.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some teachers have a doctorate degree in the law field. They have a curriculum, and the college is under the Karnataka Law University. There are 10 semesters for B.A. LL.B. and BBA LL.B. courses, and 6 semesters for the LL.M. course.
Other: I chose this course because it provides various opportunities in the field of law. It is very interesting to study law. There are many events, fests, scholarships, and extracurricular activities for students to help them improve themselves.
