Placements: Around 60% of students got placed through college tests conducted offline. The highest package was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 1.8 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, Quess, Amazon, and many more visited the campus. Students also had to apply externally. If a student was good, they could definitely get an opportunity after finishing the course.

Placements: The seat capacity is less, but the amount of support received from teachers is really good. My senior got placed in good companies with high packages in big cities. One of them got a package of 12 LPA this year at an entry level. We can choose courses for a minor SEC MD by ourselves, and there is a wide range of choices.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed in my course, and 100% of the students got internship and research options. Top roles include psychologist, school counsellor, therapist, practitioner, etc. It also includes an RCI-registered degree. Every student gets individual attention.

Placements: All the students who worked hard during the whole course have got their jobs, and many got a chance in reputed universities to pursue higher studies. The highest package was Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000. Many companies, including Infosys, TCS, etc., recruited our batchmates. Among the students selected, almost all of them got internships in the companies in which they were recruited. Top roles offered in the course were accountant, tax officer, supervisors, marketing manager, etc.

Placements: Placements are very poor. Out of 26 students in my batch, only 1 female student got placed. 1 internship company came to this college, which was also unpaid. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, and Deloitte don't visit the college. They just give the email for those companies.

Placements: Basically, those students who got between 75-80% or above got admission easily, and if you have marks below that, it’s a little tough luck. If there are vacant seats available, you have a chance. If you have any caste certificate or disabilities, then you have some advantage. I won't say Durgapur Government College offers any recruitment or internship that much, but with low fees, you can get your degree, and also, this college is quite prestigious because of all the best professors.
