BBA.LL.B. (Honours) - Batch of 2026
Offered by KIIT School of Law (KSOL)
2.8
The campus is great and fully air-conditioned.
Placements: Placements take place in the last year, which is the 5th year, with an average package of 300,000. You can get good placements depending on your CGPA in all three years and your interview performance, but most students do get placed. The placement situation is not that great.
Infrastructure: In law school, we celebrate Ganesh Puja, and our college supports it. Furthermore, there are intra, inter, and national moot court competitions every year. Our classes have facilities such as air-conditioned classrooms with smart boards. There are many societies, including the moot court society, constitution society, drama society, and many more.
Faculty: The faculty is quite alright; some are very helpful, while others are not. In terms of support, my luck hasn't been that great. Other than that, the experience is good. Internal exams are mostly conducted on laptops provided by the college, while others are in paper and pen.

I am completely satisfied with my college faculty, infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Most of the students were placed in my course. The highest package offered was 50 LPA. The top recruiting companies were many law firms. The top role offered was that of legal advisor. The college gives as much as it can to it's students and helps them excel in the field of law.
Infrastructure: Each and every facility including 24/7 WiFi and access to library along with a central library is available. The hostel facility is also outstanding providing very hygienic food. Medical facilities are also good. The sports societies are also there. It is the best law college.
Faculty: The teachers are really student-friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and qualified. The teaching faculty is also very good and the course curriculum is relevant. The semesters are made as per the students’ requirements. The minimum passing score is 6 CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because it allows me to explore the vast system of law. Fest, different types of events and activities are also organized for the students’ entertainment.

I suggest you study at KIIT. This institute has eminence with great industrial exposure.
Placements: The placement scenario has decreased due to present COVID-19 situations. However, there is a hope that placements will grow in the near future. For engineering or other departments, you'll find a better placement scenario than School of Law. But if you are interested in higher studies after LL.B, then this is the best university to choose in the entire north-eastern region of India.
Infrastructure: Our college probably provides the best infrastructure and facilities that none of the other universities provides. The campus is spread over such a humongous area, and everything is available which you want ranging from gyms to cafeteria to indoor sports stadium to NCC academy, etc.
Faculty: There are excellent faculty members in our college. Most of them have done doctorate in their respective fields of studies. They are experts in their respective subjects and are very helpful in nature. They are ready to provide you with any type of assistance you need in case of any difficulty.
Other: I am satisfied with our university.

High standard college life and modern infrastructure.
Placements: Placement for law school for last 2 years have decreased. Less than 10 percent students have been placed through oncampus. The highest was around 7lakhs. Top recruiters are kotek mahendra, and few other tier 2 law firms. The college has a seperate placement and training cell that is dedicated to provide training and ensure placements to students.
Infrastructure: High-speed WI-FI available, clean and modern campus. Mess food is good but there are certain incedences that forces the students to strike. Sports facility is available. Medical facilities available for students 24*7. Hostel timing is restricted for girls but boys hostel has no restrictions.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful, but unfornately most of them are new recruits with less or no teaching experience. The course is desighed by experts in the field of law and there are some highly experienced faculty members. They are mostly available to help students whenever needed.
Other: College fest is conducted every year and has high participation from the side of students and faculty members.

Our college is good, and it provides a good social life.
Placements: About 7 students out of 400 students got placed from the current passing out batch. Top law firms like Deloitte visit our college for placement. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Students have to do an internship on their own. Most of the students get placed off-campus with PPOs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. The library is world-class. Quality of food served is average. The hostel staff members are friendly, good, and they listen to our grievances. All kinds of sports are available for students. A gym facility is good. A medical school is available for health issues. All the sports facilities are not available on campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and friendly. Their teaching quality is not very good. The course curriculum is well-designed, and it makes the students industry-ready. Regular exams are conducted for students. Teachers help in every possible way, like personal as well as in studies. They are qualified and knowledgeable.
Other: Our college conducts events regularly. However, there is a scope of improvement. Our college doesn't listen to students grievance.

It is the best private law school, which is not less than any NLU.
Placements: I'm pursuing a BBA LL.B. course at KIIT School of Law, and I am in the second year. Everyone in our college gets placed, but sometimes the salary package offered is very less. Many roles are offered in the course both academically and non academically.
Infrastructure: It is considered to be one of the best private colleges with a lot of facilities. It has a good infrastructure. The college has a well-developed technology and digitalisation everywhere across the campus. The college provides 24x7 free Wi-Fi. A laptop is given to every student. There is a three-storey library in the college which has all types of law books.

Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements in our college were good. Most of the students of our batch got placed at Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and Delhi. Most of the students of our batch were preparing for LLM, and they managed to get admission in NLU Bangalore. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. One of our batch mates got international placement offer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very good. Classrooms, library and Wi-Fi facilities were excellent. Books in the library were very good. It also has good journals for people who are willing to prepare for moot courts. Classrooms were huge with all modern facilities. Hostel rooms were also good.
Faculty: Faculty members were very good and helpful all the time. The course curriculum was designed as per the rules and regulations of Bar Council of India. Teaching methods followed were PPTs and lectures. Our college provides industry exposure. We also had guest lectures from different colleges and some law firms as well.
Other: KIIT law fest is the superb fest. It is celebrated in January for 3 days. Many events are organised in KIIT.

KIIT Law School, Bhubaneswar is an average college with a lot of scope for development.
Placements: Many law firms, LPOs, banking, financial and insurance companies visit our college for placements. Almost 70% of the students got placed, and the rest opted for higher studies and professional practice. Students mostly get the roles of legal analysts. The college has an active placement cell which helps students in grooming and preparing for interviews and group discussion. The average salary package offered was around 3.50 LPA and the highest was 7 LPA, which were not much great compared to the amount of tuition fee we have paid.
Infrastructure: The academic building is air-conditioned. There are separate hostels for boys and girls on the campus. Audio-visual teaching aids are available in every classroom. A separate lecture hall is present to conduct guest lectures and seminars. A moot courtroom is available for various intra-college moot court competitions. The college has a huge library spread over three floors. It has various books, journals and other periodicals. There is also a separate law library which has journals and case laws of the latest national and international court cases. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled to provide online research. Hostel rooms are well-maintained but are not much spacious as they are designed to provide accommodation only for two people in each room. The hostel has a separate kitchen with hygienic cooking facilities. There is a separate menu every day. The food provided is good most of the times, but it is horrible the other times. The only infrastructure issue we faced in the hostel was the water leakage during rainy season. Apart from this, everything else is good.
Faculty: The college follows the guidelines given by the Bar Council of India. Most of the subjects are designed keeping in mind the requirements of the changing time. To improve the practical aspect of the course, internships are made compulsory and are a part of the course curriculum. The college has a good number of experienced and eminent faculty members, who are experts in their respective fields. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders with an exception of a few who are newly recruited master degree holders.
Other: The college conducts both academic and non-academic events throughout the year, which helps the law students to showcase their skills and improve their professional abilities. Some of the academic events are moot court competition, seminars and conferences, trial advocacy, model United Nations etc. Many eminent scholars, civil servants, social and political personalities and film personalities attend these events. The college also held an annual fest and other cultural events. The campus is well maintained with a lot of greenery. The campus also has a spacious playground. To ensure safety and security of students, there is twenty-four-hour private security personnel, and also CCTV cameras are installed on every floor of the academic and hostel buildings. The college provides transport services to make commutation easy for students. Admission is based on both national level CLAT exam and the entrance exam of our college. Since the cutoff is not much high, the quality of students is not much good compared to other national level law schools. But, it has a scope for improvement as the time passes.
