Absolutely disappointed because of the faculty members I got but now it's improving.

Placements: Actually, zero percent of the students are placed in our college. As such only one company visited the campus for placement which is a local company, and that is also not serious about the hiring process. They do not come to the campus for interviews so none of the students are placed through our college. Coming to our internships, college provides internships to students of B.Com and other courses. But not to my course BBA, we have to search for internships on our own.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good as we have two campuses. The hostel, mess, and canteen facilities are also very well in our college. Sports such as NCC are very well. The students are trained, and they are doing very well for themselves.

Faculty: Some of the faculty members who have joined the university right now are very well-trained. They teach their subjects very well. But the rest of the faculty members are from many years. At the university, they have taken the students for granted, and they do not care about our future.

Other: Only reason that I chose this university was its distance from my home. It is improving in its course as the new faculty members are very concerned and trying their level best to improve the quality of study.

Best college ever seen in Jamshedpur for under graduate course with all learning facilities.

Placements: Topic are well explained by faculty members and learning becomes easier. Many skill enrichment activities are performed in order to enhance students personality and skills. Companies come for placement. Almost 50-60% students get placed each year. I will strongly recommend this college for your bright future.

Infrastructure: Well maintained infrastructure with all required facilities with computer labs, library, playground, conference hall etc are available. if we talk about hostel, food is very delicious and healthy. For emergency there's a sick room in our college with required medical facilities and a first aid kit in every classroom of our college.

Faculty: Professors are well qualified and knowledgeable. Regular visits to industries are held for making students familiar with it. Exams taken by our college help us to learn more. Student should get atleast 50% to pass the examination. Just regularity of yours and you will surely score above 90% in each semester.

Other: I chose BBA as I want to become an entrepreneur and I find XITE college best to encourage and boost my dream job with best learning skills. Our college also organized various festivals apart from academic life to refresh their students. One thing I like I like about my college the most is, it never lets me get bored. Here, learning is Fun.

The college is just for a degree.

Placements: Not many students are placed in this course. The highest package is 5 lakhs and the lowest is in lakhs. Top companies that come for placements are Wipro and Tata Motors. Not many students got internships there. Top roles offered are HR, marketing, sales, and others.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good; there are classrooms, a library with lots of books, and medical facilities for students. Various sports and games are available, and hostels are provided.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are very helpful and assist in every field, making us industry-ready. Semester exams are not so difficult; the passing percentage of students is 80%. However, courses are not very relevant for preparing students for industry.

Other: I chose this course because I want to learn marketing and sales. I would have wished to improve classroom facilities, timings, and regular classes. There are organized events and extracurricular activities.

Top recruiters are Tata IQ, Jio, IT Scient, and Alcor. Around 70% of students get internships in companies like Tata Steel UISL, IT scient, Jio, Dainik Jagran, and Jusco. Top recruiters are DCT Information Pvt. Ltd., Bandhan Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Axis Bank. Around 40% of students in BBA got internships at banks and companies in Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc. HR manager, HR executive, cashier, and accountant are the top roles offered.

Infrastructure: For the BBA course, there are classrooms, a library, a canteen, and a hostel. The mess in this college is also good as compared to other colleges. Dissatisfied with the course and placements. Rest all are average.

Placements: Companies like Wipro, TCS Reliance and IBM, and others visit our campus. The highest package offered is 3LPA and the lowest is 2LPA. About 20% of the student got placed so the placement was average. Students of the 5th sem are eligible for an internship but this college did not provide any internship.

Infrastructure: Our new campus is very beautiful and good but talking about the hostel, there are 2 hostels, namely, C. V Raman hostel and Mahadevi Verma hostel. Rooms are on sharing basis. No phones and electronic devices are allowed in the hostel about the course they don't provide proper classes. No proper practical classes were given. Not a single chap of EVS is covered and in exams, teachers say that study from youtube.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful and well qualified. Their teaching quality is good but they do not make the students industry-ready for the semester exams. Our exam structures are semester-wise. 20 marks internal, 10 for attendance and 70 for the final exams.
