Krea University MBA course is a full-time course that lasts for two years and is offered. The MBA curriculum includes a 2-month summer internship at the end of the first year. Additionally, IFMR also offers an Integrated BBA+MBA course lasting for five years and one three-year Executive MBA conducted in offline/online classes.
Admission to the MBA course is entirely entrance-based. Krea University MBA admissions dates are usually out in October. The MBA admissions begins with the release of application dates and ends with the registration/orientation dates. The university has released the admission dates for the academic year 2025-2027. The last interview rounds for the CMAT candidates were conducted from Jun 16 to Jun 17, 2024. The application portal for MBA admission 2025 will begin from 1 October 2025 for all the rounds. Further, the IFMR Chennai MBA deadline will be conducted from 30 January to 30 April for rounds one to four. However, for the last admission round (5), the dates will be announced only after the CMAT 2025 results.

CAT is considered the toughest exams in INDIA. CAT covers topics of verbal ability and reading comprehension(34Q),Data interpretation and Logical reasoning(32Q) and Quantitative Aptitude(32Q). Each section is provided with 60 minutes timer.
