The MNLU CLAT Cutoff 2026 was released for admission to the BA LLB (Hons), LLM, and BBA LLB course for General and PWD categories belonging to the All India quota. According to the Round 1 closing cutoff for the General AI category, the cutoff ranged from 1096 to 1284, wherein LLM course specialisations were the hardest to get admission to, followed by BA LLB (Hons) course, with the closing cutoff in Round 1 being 1225. 

In the case of PWD AI category, the closing ranks fell between 12127 and 42909, with LLM course specialisations being the most sought-after for admission. In contrast, the least popular course was BBA LLB (Hons), with the closing rank of 42909 in the first round.  Refer to the table below for more details.

For admission to MNLU Nagpur, candidates must have passed LLB degree or equivalent degree in law with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Final selection is based on a valid score in CLAT entrance examination. The seat intake in LLM is 70. Candidates can apply online on the common official website of NLUs.

If you are getting a seat in MNLU Nagpur them you should go for it. Though the college is new it is doing great and excelling at a faster rate. Students get a good internship opportunity. This year it will be the best batch of the college but the placement record of the LLM course is almost 85% and students are placed in good law firms and under Supreme Court advocates. Faculty members are friendly and most of them are from different NLUs.

Overall the college is really good now it depends on you what to choose.

The university has a placement cell that provides placement assistance to the final year students. CLAT is the entrance examination conducted by consortium of NLUs for UG and PG courses. All 21 NLU except NLU Delhi take admission by way of CLAT scores in both PG and UG courses. NLU Delhi conducts it's separate examination called All India Law Entrance Test or AILET for UG, PG and Ph.D. programs. Further many other private university consider CLAT score for admission in Law courses.
