MJRPU offers around 30 courses at the UG, PG, and PhD levels. Some of the courses include BTech, MA, MSc, LLB, LLM, B.Ed, M.Ed, and various others. MJRPU admissions based on merit and entrance exam for some courses. The university further conducts an entrance exam for admission to the MSc, LLB, B.Ed, B/El.Ed, BPEd, M.Ed, and LLM courses.

To get admission in MJPRU, the eligibility requirement must be met. For UG courses, the students must pass 12 in relevant subjects.
