MJPRU offers a PG level MBA course for a duration of two-years. To pursue MBA from MJPRU, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria before applying for the course. To be eligible for this course, candidate must pass Class 12 and graduation in the respective subjects from a recognised board. Admission to MJRPU MBA course is entirely based on CUET PG scores. Candidates must obtain minimum of 50% aggregate to appear for CUET PG entrance exam. 

At the university's campus, MJPRU offers both full-time and part-time MBA courses. For a duration of two years, MBA (General) course is offered at MJPRU. Futher, students can also pursue MBA in Marketing specialisations. For the part-time MBA aspirants, the university offers this course for a duration of three years, which is appropriate for working professionals. MBA at MJRPU is offered for a duration of 2 to 3 years. The Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University MBA fees range between INR 8,000- INR 1.74 lakh, which is inclusive of the tuition fee for full-time and part-time MBA courses.
