MAT is conducted multiple times a year. Most of the MBA entrance exams in India are conducted annually. MAT is the only exam that is conducted multiple times in four phases and multiple exam modes. To make it possible for every MBA aspirant to appear for an entrance exam, AIMA designed MAT, which can be taken by candidates from an exam center as well as at home. The exam is held in February, May, September, and December, which allows candidates to prepare and plan for it as well as for MBA admission. In each of these four months, the MAT is conducted in CBT, PBT, and IBT modes. Candidates can choose a date and a mode of exam based on their preparation and convenience. Manav Bharti University may follow a seat reservation policy. However, based on the old statistics, 25% of seats are reserved for bona fide students of Himachal Pradesh. The university allocates the seats for various courses based on the applicants' merit in the qualifying exam, performance in the entrance test, and the number of seats allotted for the programme. However, the university may consider the protocol for seat reservations for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped) as established by the national or state governments.

The GATE 2026 EXAM DATES are February 7, 8, 14, and 15. The GATE will be held on different dates in two shifts. Manav Bharti University's fee structure various according to the course taken. Bachelor of Computer Applications BCA is a three-year undergraduate degree course in the field of computer applications/computer science. The tution fee for the course is INR 1.3 L. The fee structure for LLB is INR 1.5 L. The tution fee for B.E. / B.Tech is around INR 77 K. The total tution fee for the course B.A. LL.B is INR 2.5 L. The security payment (one time) hostel charge is INR 5 K. Single Occupancy rooms are availed at INR 30 K. The Double Occupancy and Triple Occupancy are INR 24 K and INR 18 K respectively.
