I am dissatisfied due to poor management, placements and poor exam system.
Placements: Companies do not offer any technical jobs for the students. Students do not get placed at the college. Even the 6 months internship was trash. We get paid for the internship, and in exchange, we got a small teaching institute that taught us nothing. They just charged money from us. A bunch of companies visit our campus for placements were all either BPOs or small recruitment firms.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average and furniture were the same. The college provides Wi-Fi facility, but it didn't help much as students were allowed to use it after 3:30 pm when most of the students go at their respective places like home or hostels. Classrooms were conventional with whiteboard, and no digital or smart classes were conducted. Classrooms in our school were better than this. The library was good as we got many books which we want to read. Labs were average.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful in most of the scenarios. We experienced some gap in our learning. They were not the best, but they were good. It was mainly the exam system which caused a lack of knowledge in most students as there was no learning required to crack those exams. You just had to mug up objectives with answers, and we always had to find out the key for objectives and nothing more. The course curriculum was pretty outdated. There was nothing about current advancements in our syllabus.
Other: There was no exact reason for me to chose this course. But it taught me a lot. I wish the college should improve the examination system and the syllabus. Fests organised at our college were average. The college does not provide scholarships if you are from general caste. We had to pay a complete amount of Rs. 80,000 just as tuition fees alone. There was nothing much in extracurricular activities, but there were some activities during the time of tech fest or freshers party.

Totally dissatisfied, no infrastructure facilities and no placements.
Placements: There are neither placements for my batch nor my senior batch. But there were few placements for our super senior batch, but very less package was offered. The salary offered for our senior batch was very less, and the roles offered to engineers are not worth for them. The post is equivalent to the diploma, and some companies throw out the candidates within a short time.
Infrastructure: The college is in the centre of a jungle, and the main drawback of the college is, it is situated near the railway lines. NH 79 is near to the college. The building of the college is not huge. There are no facilities like swimming pool etc. There is no proper lighting at the night.
Faculty: The faculty available for various courses are good. They are very sharp. The course content is very bad. The practicals are only performed on the day of external. There is no use of the course curriculum in the industry, and there is no proper guidance.

Other: For me Mewar University has everything. The best thing about Mewar University Campus are the lush green surroundings and the WiFi. The mess food is unlike other hostel mess across the nation but the nearby Dhaba's help you fill your appetite. If you want to really showcase your talent and you have patience, go for this university
