Dissatisfied with the lack of teaching faculty and placements.

Placements: There are no proper placement offers in pharmaceutical science courses in this university. I studied Diploma in pharmacy, but there isn't any pharma company visiting the university for placements, not even for graduation courses. The training program of B.Pharma is provided in Chandigarh.

Infrastructure: There are well-developed laboratories, with all the equipment available in enough amount, like fribrillator, Ostwald's viscometer etc. All the pharmaceutical laboratory equipment is present. The classrooms are well maintained. The library has lots of books for reading, and there are books of many authors for one subject. Books for pharmaceutics are R. M. Mehta etc. The hostel is good, but the food is a problem here. Sports facilities are very good. There are many sports played on ground like cricket, handball, football etc. A canteen is also available.

Faculty: There is a lack of teachers in this university. No proper lab assistant is available to help us during practical sessions. But some faculty are very good, very helpful and treat us well. Aziz sir and Vipin Sir are well qualified, and their teaching is also good.

Other: By completing this course, you will be a part of health care science and do a job in a manufacturing company or hospital or as a medical representative or open your own medical shop. You can apply for many pharmacy competitive exams etc. In this university, many fests and events like Pharmacy week, tech-fest, etc., are conducted.
