- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
- UG & PG degree certificate & mark sheets
- Photo identity proof such as like Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card
- Original Transfer certificate (TC)
- Original Character certificate (CC)
- Migration certificate (original)
- Passport-size photograph (coloured)
- Anti-Ragging affidavit by both candidate and parents on Stamp paper certified by a Notary (original and one copy)
- Self-attested copy of income and caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
- Self-attested copy of disability certificate (if applicable)
- EWS certificate (if applicable)

MGKVP BSc application fee can be paid online. The fee is non refundable in nature. The fee charges also depends on the reservation category that the student belongs to. INR 650 for Unreserved/OBC Candidates and INR 550 for SC/ST Candidates, respectively.
