 NIMS University offers over 450 courses at UG, PG and PhD levels through 24 affiliated colleges. NTA announced the NEET 2024 exam date on September 19, 2023. NEET 2024 exam was conducted on May 5. The result of NEET 2024 was declared on June 4, 2024. Hence, NTA is reconducting NEET 2024 on June 23, 2024, for 1,563 candidates who were awarded grace marks. The result will be declared on June 30, 2024. Admission to BPharm course is based on NIMSEE. NIMSEE is a national-level entrance exam that is conducted once a year and the mode of the entrance exam is offline i.e. pen and paper test. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

The requirement of entrance exam varies course-wise at NIMS University. Aspirants require scores in entrance exams such as NEET and NEET PG for medical courses. NIMS University offers a four years and six months course of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with a one-year internship programme. This course divided into 11 semesters and is taught through the National Institute of Medical Sciences & Research which is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Admission to MBBS course at NIMS is done through a national-level entrance exam, i.e., NEET UG, conducted by NTA once a year in offline mode.
