Great campus, amazing exposure and hub of opportunities.

Placements: The placement scene is actually nice, there's a placement cell and a student development programme that prepares the students for jobs. Around 75% people got placed in the above-average pay scale, whereas others got placed in the average pay scale. That makes it really a great option to be in.

Our college is very good, and the staff is very helpful.

Placements: Our college was a government university. It provided good placement packages at different companies, such as TCS, Tech Mahindra, JSW, and Capgemini. Packages range from 5 to 15 LPA. The college provided internships to all students every semester.

I am not satisfied because of the faculty members. There are no good placements.

Placements: Students who get placed are about 400 from more than 4000 students. The highest package is 7 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Almost zero students got internships. The top roles offered are credit card service, Oyo calling service, and management facilities. The top recruiting companies for our course are Justdial, Oyo, and Ambuja Cement.

I am absolutely satisfied because of the faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: The highest package is 17 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. The lowest package is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, Justdial, Oyo, Cognizant, TCS, etc. From my course, 4 students got placed in companies like Oyo, TCS, etc. The top roles like data analyst, etc., are offered. In my college, we get a decent package.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements but really good if we talk about hostel and mess food.

Placements: Placements in this field of forensic are not that much good. Companies are not very highly rated. Percentage of students placed in forensic is quite low. I don't know about the highest and lowest packages because I haven't heard anything related to internships. If we talk about the internships, NIMS University rating is so poor.

To get a seat in BDes, students have to first fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by university. Further, candidates have to submit an application on the official website. The admissions are based on Class 12 merit or NIMSEE scores.

Yes, NIMS University provides Class 12 merit based scholarships for BDes students. Candidates with at least 60% aggregate can apply for the same. The scholarship is provided as tuition fee waiver. Students with 95 - 100% marks in Class 12 get 100% first year tuition fee waiver.

The BTech seats are allocated on the basis of JEE/ CUET/ NIMSEE or Class 12 merit scores of applicants. The university conducts a counselling process for seat allocations. Students can secure their seats by paying 25% of the tuition fee.

NIMS Entrance Exam (NIMSEE) is generally conducted in last week of June. It is pen and paper test conducted offline by university. Students can apply for exam through official website. The exam dates can change as per university guidelines.
