For admissions into NITs, IIITs and CFTIs admissions, applicants must have obtained a 75% aggregate or be amongst the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. At least 65% of marks are required for SC/ST category candidates.

5 years ago I have secured 99.0597275 score in JEE Main 2020 in sc category, can I consider for admission in NIT Trichy in CSE, Aman Harsh.

Prefer to go with CSE if getting at NIT Raipur or IIIT Lucknow. Chemical is another good option at NIT Surathkal or Warangal. But not opt for MME.
5 years ago I got 89.77 percentile and all india rank in ST category is 1174...i belong to ST category...can i get NIT TRICHI???

No, you are not able to get admission on basis of CBSE board marks. You have give JEE Mains for IIIT and JEE Advanced for IIT.

Yes, you can get very lower branch if you belong from general, otherwise there are better chances.
