You will have a good party life but placements will happen because of good network.
Placements: Top companies like Indian Express, the quint, etc. come here for recruiting students but these all are unpaid internships. Very few students get them. Top roles are mostly related to editorial stuff along with video editing and PR.
Infrastructure: Mess food feels good at first but eventually it becomes repetitive. It's the same kind of masala used in every sabzi. JGU health centre is free for students and there's also physiotherapy. The Wi-Fi quality at Jindal is bad. Library is most of the times crowded.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. The course structure of Journalism school is highly focused on writing. Most of the subject is writing apart from the TV and radio courses. Those are the most difficult subject as well. Teaching quality is not that great because although most professors have their fancy degrees but many of them don't know how to teach.
Other: The events on campus are not that great as they used to be before the pandemic. Although, we did have Anuv Jain as our guest in dj nights.

It has one of the best faculties, infrastructure, and resources.
Placements: In our university, the placements for internships are effective for students.
Infrastructure: I have not yet been to the campus as still online classes are going on. But the infrastructure is good. The food served in a hostel is of good quality, and all generic facilities are top-notch. The college has first-grade laboratories of radio and video studios for the course. The library is also one of the eye-catchers.
Faculty: One of the best things about our college is the faculty members. They have vast experience in their field and their in-depth research on the subject which helps students to understand the subject properly. The professors are helpful and understanding. The course is a holistic curriculum with all sectors of mass communication.

Great college but dull student crowd.
Placements: The first batch hasn't graduated yet as the school was started in 2017. The first batch will graduate in 2020. However, a number of internship opportunities are available in the college. We get 2 months long semester break after each semester and thus it is quite evident for us to do internships. Students have interned with The Indian Express, Times of India, Hindustan Times, NDTV and many online news publications.
Infrastructure: The facilities in the campus are immense. The entire campus is Wi-Fi-enabled with a pretty good speed (you can netflix without buffer). The Wi-Fi is down sometimes in the hostel, but never in the academic area. The best part I love about my college is the library. There are n number of books available. We can even issue movies and kindle! You can literally find almost any book you want. The magazines like Time, The Economist, IndiaToday, Outlook and several others are available too along with different newspapers.
Faculty: The best apart of the college (apart from the library) are the professors. They're very friendly and ready to help. You will enjoy the class of you pay a little attention and all of them (the ones who've taught me) are well experienced. However, like every college you'll find some professors who might come off as cocky or not-so-helpful but most of them are well read, highly experienced and great teachers. If you actually want to learn, you will know that professors are amazing. I personally love my course curriculum but many don't like it as it does not have courses that offer graphic designing, advertising etc. So, you must know that if you're planning to come to JSJC, it is entirely journalism centric and is pretty good ATIT.

Our college has amazing infrastructure and facilities, along with a completely experiential course.
Placements: Internship opportunities are offered by our faculty members very regularly and in various fields that would be based on the interest of mass communication students. Those internships are relevant to our course. We got opportunities in organisations such as BBC, The Indian Express, Gurgaon ki Awaaz, PIB, Air and many more.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our college are top-notch. We have everything and living on the campus is made very easy. Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the university, and the academic block consists of numerous places such as a library, reading room, the central library, etc., where students can read and work. Our libraries are very spacious and very well stocked. The mess only serves vegetarian food, and also most food outlets on the university except for the vendors within the food court. Our college provides facilities for all kinds of sports and numerous areas to play within. There is also a medical centre with trained doctors and nurses to help you with all kinds of ailments.
Faculty: Our faculty members are highly qualified, and most of them are still working as professionals, thereby we get to hear stories of on-ground experiences. The kind of approach included in our course is based on practical knowledge and applicability rather than academic or theoretical. Our course is highly practical and experiential, so it prepares the students and makes them industry-ready. The course curriculum is not fixed as changes according to the change in requirements in the various fields of journalism and mass communication. Some of the relevant courses which have been offered to us include journalism skills, radio, TV, quantitative data for journalists, media law and likewise. Journalism school also has its own radio and TV studio within the block, and it is completely available to the students to use for practice or for production with enough equipment to go around. These skills are also taught as a part of the curriculum.

The college has very good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The first batch has not graduated yet, so I cannot tell about the final year placements. But all the faculty members in JSJC helps students with their internships. Students have interned in organisations like The Indian Express, BBC, The Hindu, Times of India, Hindustan Times, NDTV, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is extraordinary. It is a residential campus, beautiful and lush green. Hostels are also amazing and well-equipped with air-conditioners. Storage is also good, and hygiene is always maintained in the hostel. JGU has a world-class library from the genre of literature to ancient history, and it has most of the books. You don't even need to buy books for your course as you can issue it from the library or the professor will send you the PDF of those books via email. Radio studio, editing room and television studio are part of the JSJC. Students are given practical training and trained to handle the technical aspects when it comes to audio and video. Sony Alpha cameras, Tascasms, tripod, etc., can be issued by students for their assignments as well as their personal projects.
Faculty: JSJC has faculty members who have a very excellent background. All professors are from IVY League Universities, or they are a big name in the media industry. Famous journalists teach us like Harshtosh Singh Bal, Kishlayeee Bhattacharjee, Saba Naqvi, Kajori Sen, Radhika Bordia, etc. Other professors like Ishan Mukherjee have completed their doctorate from Cambridge University. Professors also give assignments but never encourage the concept of rote learning. They help students to understand the concept rather than making them memorise it. The teaching curriculum includes subjects of social sciences like economics, history and gender studies which are relevant for someone who is aspiring to come to a media professional. The course also includes courses like radio, television and journalism skills where students get exposure to all skills that they require to be in the industry.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to be a journalist. I have chosen this college because of faculty members and the infrastructure that the college provides. As the college helps students to learn about equipment, cameras, operate mixers, they teach us practical things which I think will make me industry-ready.
