Pathetic college in terms of learning, crowd, placement, and exposure.
Placements: The placement is very poor. Very few companies in the steel and power sector come recruiting. Around 10% of the batch, rest all other companies. Although, they will show Amazon and other IT companies as their recruiter however all of them are off-campus and they have no rights to show as placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise college is good at par with any private college. The classrooms are decent, the hostel is good, the playground is there and the indoor badminton court is there. The gymnasium is decent. Labs are good though and so does the amphitheater. The library is decent with a decent book collection.
Faculty: Most of the facilities are poor and don't have a grip on subjects. Most of them are hired through political sources and not through merit. They struggle to explain simple things and forget about complex concepts. The curriculum is also outdated. Most of them are from the local college.
Other: The fee is exorbitant and ROI is poor. The crowd quality is awful, most of them are from Raigarh city and lack diversity.

Review of OPJU - OP Jindal University, Raigarh.
Placements: The placement percentage of my course is 85%. The highest package offered is 8.2 LPA, the lowest package is 3.26 LPA, and the average package is 4.8 LPA in my course. The top recruiting companies are Tata, JSW, Wipro, JSPL etc. 90% of students got internships in JSPL, JSW, Tata, SSD etc. Junior engineer roles are offered.
Infrastructure: We have internet connectivity all over the campus. We have separate floors and blocks for each department, and we have the second-best lab facilities in our state. All labs, classrooms and libraries have air-conditioners. We have separate hostels for boys and girls, and a very big playground, where games like cricket and football are played. We have a basketball court and badminton court and also a gym. There is a huge mess where nearly about 500 students can sit at a time. We have a canteen and cafeteria. An ambulance and a doctor are available for instant treatment, and there is a hospital in front of the college.
Faculty: The teachers are very kind, and they are always ready to help us when we ask doubts. They are well qualified from IITs and NITs. They all are PhD holders and very knowledgeable. Our curriculum is really helpful for us to get industry-ready. We have regular interactive sessions with the industry people, which are very helpful for us to gain industrial knowledge.
Other: I chose it because I have an interest in the electrical department. The lab equipment in our department is very advanced. I think all are good, and the most famous event in our college is Junoon. In this event, well-known celebrities like Jubin Nutiyal, etc., are invited to the college to perform. Students having more than 90% marks in +2 can get a scholarship of 75,000 per year.

Review of OPJU - OP Jindal University, Raigarh.
Placements: Approximately 20% of the students got placed from our college. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA by JSPL and JSW. was top rale offered in my course. Almost 20% of the students got selected for internships in companies like JSPL, JSW, Reliance, Mahindra, JSL and Vedanta.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and library of the college were good. Other facilities provided were also good. You can also use the digital library. There was a hospital near the college. Sports facility was also average, and there were different types of sports available like cricket, football, etc.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members in our college were good. Some topics in our course were not. It was just average. Teachers were more focused on course knowledge as compared to the practical knowledge, and some of the faculty members don't even know about the course, they only read the PPT and deliver the lecture.
Other: I wanted to choose aeronautics but due to some reasons, I opted for this course.
