Our college is excellent in all aspects.
Placements: Around 50% of the students got placed in our course. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Wipro and TCS companies offer the highest packages. Around 60% of the students got internships in Wipro company. The average package offered is 6.6-8 LPA. So, the placements are very helpful for each student.
Infrastructure: The library in our college is very good and all the required books for different branches. It is made of glass all around. Wi-Fi, labs and sports facilities are available in our college. Medical facilities are very helpful for every student.
Faculty: In our course, the teachers are very helpful for each student. They are knowledgeable about every subject. Every semester, students go for an industrial visit. I could say that the students are industry-ready. Industrial visits are very important in the technical field.
Other: I have selected this course because it is helpful for my job in CSE department. In my opinion, focusing more on practical knowledge would be good.

I am satisfied with the college.
Placements: 85% of the students got internships from our course in various companies including electrical core companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the college are excellent. The labs, library classrooms and hostel are very good. The mess, canteen, and medical facilities are excellent.
Faculty: The teachers are excellent because they help each and every student. The entire faculty make sure to make the students ready for the industry.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college.
Placements: Till now, there are no technical companies visited. Only ITES companies visited the campus, and the percentage of students placed is about 30% to 40%. The salary offered is about Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month. They offered mostly night shift jobs. The internship is only valid for 10 to 15 students out of 60. And there is no industrial visit provided.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite well as compared to other Chhattisgarh colleges. But compared to other state colleges, the infrastructure is below average. There is no particular ground for cricket. There are no halls for events. In labs, most of the instruments are not in working state. The best part is the library; it is very cool.
Faculty: The faculty members have no knowledge about anything. They bring guide just before the class, and they read it and present it in a beautiful manner. But, when we ask a doubt, they stand like a statue. Our chairman doesn't encourage curriculum activities. He doesn't even want any fest conducted in our college.

Most of the thing like faculty, lab, are good in the college and the teachers here are very helpful.
Placements: Most of the companies visit the college but the package offered is not more the Rs. 4,00,000 Lakhs. The college is also very good in its placement. It also does more for the student so that they can crack the campus placement. Most of the seniors are placed in the companies like the Collebra, Asai India Pvt Ltd., Sonalika Tractors, Infosys, Just pay and also many other companies also visit the college to get the students placed.
Infrastructure: The Infrastructure of the college is the best in the Bhilai Durg. The Wi-fi facility is also available for 24 hrs, and it is also available in the hostel also. The labs of the college also contain most of the equipment only for practical knowledge of the students. There are two libraries in our college the 1st is non-air-conditioned, and the 2nd is air-conditioned. Also, most of the books are available for every students in the library.
Faculty: Most of the faculty are experienced, and they teach using a various method to make the students understand what they teach. Many examples are taken to make them understand what the teacher discusses. Most of the time the student will not attend the class, so teachers take extra classes to account for the syllabus.
Other: In the college, an association is formed among all the branches to organize events at the college level like the sports (indoor and outdoor also), quiz, dance, any talent show to be performed, etc. In this students can show their talents. The college also organizes the mega event called Laqshya. It is a function of the college where many events are held like the robotics, non-robotics and technical games.

The benefits of being part of Chhatrapati Shivaji Institute of technology.
Placements: Overall the placements offered were good, I was placed in one company for marketing and sales. The only thing I can say is they also want the initial placement activity, or placement preparation initiates from the students, and the placement depends on students. If you are not prepared to present yourself then there will be no value of the campus placement.
Infrastructure: The main thing of CSIT college is gardening, which feels you surrounding in nature. After that the college lab wherein every branch there is some equipment or experiment which are not available in the other colleges. Wi-Fi is good for the technical lectures as they blocked other irrelevant sites which distract the students. The classrooms are great. Every sport is appreciated there. And the final best thing is Laqshya, if you heard about CSIT, then reason is Laqshya. Because that is the time where you implement your ideas into motion when you present your innovation, show skills, interact with new people and when you create your Robot. And everyone is helpful for your implementation.
Faculty: The faculty members are good, they are helpful in and out of the classroom, even when you are in the home you can share your problem. If you face any problem in the college regarding anything out of the study, also they help. They also try to teach you practically. And regarding the course in a final year, you will get to choose three different subjects from the list, which are different from the other colleges sometimes.
Other: If you want to create your mind to act as a good and creative person with a positive attitude, then this college is for you. Moreover, if you want to learn things practically, this college provides you with a platform in different ways with different activities and function, where you can test your knowledge.

Not an IIT or NIT but not less than them.
Placements: The department of training and placement is good, cooperative and helpful. But being a non-premier college, that too in a less explored state of India, I think that is the reason why good big brands do not come for drives. But now, the training and placement department in association with ECPA (Engineering College Placement Association, Nagpur) has installed the ECPA's Chhattisgarh chapter and because of that our juniors are being benefitted.
Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, it the most prominent institute in the region or can say in the state. The building, library and environment are just perfect for studies. Classrooms have proper lighting but not ACs, the institute has state of the art naturally lit buildings with a library with more than 90000 books. They also have a book bank facility over there, so that students don't need to struggle to find the textbooks for every subject.
Faculty: Obviously, they are helpful and knowledgeable. Most of them are PhDs or are pursuing. They use conventional methods to teach ie. green boards and marker. Institute strictly maintains the student to faculty ratio of 1:60. And as far as the exposure to the industries is concerned institute has a dedicated IIPC (Industry Institute Partnership Cell) like every premier college, especially the NITs and IITs. In every second semester, college takes a student for an industrial tour.

Other: One of the best College. Strict Teachers and Board Members. Good lab. I had given Pre-Engineering Test i.e. PET exam after completing my 12th standard and I got Rank.1990 in the exam. Then I was counselled and then I was chosen in the CSIT College for my Bachelor’s Degree. Currently I’m a Mechanical Engineer. Though the Management is quite good and helpful but they should give more facilities and freedom to students. Also there is one good thing that if you are participating in any competition outside the college, then the college will bear your expenditures.

Our college is good but not the best.
Placements: Only 1% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course was 4.80 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.80 LPA. A top recruiting company that visits our campus for placements is Etech Gujarat. Only 2% of students from our course got an internship in the power grid and CSEB. The top roles are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Everything is good here but not the best. It offers the best environment.
Faculty: All teachers are good, but higher-level teachers only fill the block of structure. They are not supportive.
Other: High-profile events are organised at the college and provide a platform for talented students.
