Best college for Women in Hyderabad, An Autonomous College for Women.
Placements: The St Anns College for Women had a placement cell, where they try to provide 100% placements for the students and provide equal opportunities for each one. The package is also good, starting from 3LPA and going for 12LPA, and the placement has various companies such as Amazon, Dell, Deloitte, and more.
Infrastructure: The College infrastructure was amazing, it had huge playgrounds, and the sports corners were amazing. Many state level competitions will be conducted in the college itself. The famous Badminton player PV Sindhu was from St. Anns College for Women. College was very supportive towards the Co Curricular Activities and Sports corners.
Faculty: The faculty was top notch, easy going, and treated every student equally. Understanding and will teach you in a friendly manner, making it easier for the students to understand. Activities were also held, such as seminars, Questionnaires, and Survey methods. The Examination center was also good and fair.
Other: St Anns not only focuses on studies but also on extracurricular activities, fun is also important, and that is provided by St Anns College for Women.

It's good college and all teachers are good.
Placements: The college was good at placements; most students got placements in the 10 Lacs per annum, explaining and taking lectures.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are good, and Wi-Fi labs are available for some of the courses that are required. The hostel is available for the students.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and very helpful. They are good at explaining and giving lectures. Overall, it's good.
Other: Our batch was quite good, and the faculty is good. However, some of the opportunities provided to participate, like in workshops for our course, are fewer.

B.A. in Modern Language, Political Science, Psychology - Batch of 2025
Offered by Little Flower Degree College

I could say the college is good enough, and it’s best who are going to choose a degree.
Placements: 30 students were placed in my course B.A. Psychology and Political Science. Out of which 20 students belong to psychology and 10 students belong to political sciences. The average package offered was around Rs. 25,000. Top companies were like Genpact and Wipro. 15% of students got placed in private organizations like VICE for girls, other projects like TCS project for mass communication, and other projects involved in public relations by Rajeshwari Iyer. Top roles offered were content writers, reporters, and junior scriptwriters for video.
Infrastructure: Facilities were not bad, and it was good. There was no problem with Wi-Fi. There were labs for psychology, biotechnology and a completed and well tracked library with updated journals and the latest books even included with e-learning section. The quality of food was good enough in the canteen with good ambiance, and a separate section of cabins for the medical administration, and a huge ground for the sports with intra and inter-college competitions conducted every year. Discrimination was not shown of students with any personality type, even the students with disability encouraged.
Faculty: Teachers were good enough at highlighting their perspectives and views on the subject. Especially the teacher in the modern language department is outstanding with impeccable knowledge of the subject, and other teachers, encourage the students with practical knowledge. They give assignments, to enhance practical knowledge for the students. The course curriculum along with the assignments given in the daily schedule, enhances the students with both subject and practical knowledge like advertising, filmmaking, literature, writing, etc. Semester exams are around a moderate level of difficulty and this is good competition between the students to secure higher marks. The pass percentage is 95%.
Other: I have always been fond of psychology and this college was near to my home. The best thing about the college is at least three festivals regarding psychology were connected in the college, encouraging the diverse aspects of psychology in everyday use. There were fests and events conducted in a free semester that encouraged students of diverse talent and give their performances. When going for writing semester exams at other degree colleges, I could say that my college was far better enough compared to the other degree colleges in both infrastructure and faculty.

B.A. in Sociology - Batch of 2026
Offered by Progressive Education Society's Modern College Of Arts, Science & Commerce
4.4

It's the best college that doesn't have events and continuously focuses on studies.
Placements: There are 60 students per course and it may vary depending upon different courses. I personally prefer working with NGOs and teachers assist us with it. It depends on students and teachers what type of internship is good for us and they do find placements for us after graduation.
Infrastructure: Labs are well-maintained and clean with all equipment needed. The library has a lot of informative books. Our college does have a boys hostel but not a girls hostel. The college canteen is a bit small but still has many items on the menu and hygienic food too.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and do help us with a lot of things. They share a great knowledge. Teachers do teach us very well. They share question banks and paper patterns to study so it becomes easy to handle and pass the semester exams. 45% is a must to pass exams.
Other: Actually, I'm studying B.A. psychology but there is not an option so I chose sociology as it's my minor subject. Because I love talking and reading the minds of people, getting to know how they feel, and helping them to get out of it. What they should improve is sending SMS and important notices on time. Our college does not organsies many fests but 1 or 2 events happen throughout the year. They are great and interesting.

Review by Anjali Kolli of St. Francis College for Women.
Placements: In college, students getting placed in the top companies is very good. The highest package offered for my course is 10 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Top companies are in this course. The percentage of internships in this course is more than 60% in this college.
Infrastructure: The facilities available in this course are so superb, the classrooms are so good, but Wi-Fi is not present in my college. The quality of food in my college canteen is good. Medical facilities are available, but sports and games are available in my course.
Faculty: The teachers are so helpful and qualified in this course. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in this course are so good and easy to pass, therefore, the pass percentage is more than 60% in this course every year.
Other: So good, therefore I chose this course and the scholarship is provided, but the campus crowd is so high.

Good infrastructure and helpful faculty.
Placements: The college doesn't offer any internships for Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. The students have to look for opportunities themselves. Some do enroll for placement training, but the chances of being placed are very scarce. I did not see any of my batchmates getting placed through college placements.
Infrastructure: The classrooms, labs, and library are good. The library has good resources and is big and spacious. The lab for Psychology has adequate equipment, and the staff is also helpful. But the college doesn't have a hostel of its own. Outsiders stay in PGs nearby that are one metro station away. The canteen has a variety of options in both veg and non-veg, and there is also a medical room right by the entrance gate.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. They use both blackboard teaching and modern methods. The curriculum is relevant theory-wise, but the practicals are not that great, and the internship opportunities are also not there, so there is not much industry exposure. The semester exams are moderately set but with very little time given to write a lengthy paper. The pass percentage in semester exams is 40%, and in internals, it is also the same.
Other: There will be one annual fest. It's a women's college, but the management is very strict with the dress code—knee-length kurtis with sleeves. The minimum attendance percentage is 80% per paper, and they are very strict about it. You also get event attendance. The campus is big and clean with greenery and is accessible from different places. The nearby metro station is 10 minutes away by walk. The only thing that could improve is providing internship opportunities for Bachelor students and better industry exposure.
